You`ve condensed hundreds of hours of work into one short video. The end result is simply amazing.

Think 🤔 I would have just got a pond pump wrapped the block with a 1/4 copper coil and plumbed it into a 10 gallon bucket. But this was definitely cool af

    Nice project!
However, even though I'm not one to be known for my safety, I'm very worried about that old air tank. When those things explode, they are basically bombs. And they do explode time and time again. Just imagine how much energy you could store in a spring with that electric motor in the time it would take to completely fill up its tank. Please look into it yourself. Cool project though, makes me want to start another new project myself instead of finally cleaning up my mess...

It has held up so far. But you are right. I intend to redesign especially the cooling system and when i do i intend to replace the tank too and make something similar to this, contained in a cabinet. th-cam.com/video/BZU8cLhbmrk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=hMi3M6iaUDdtUb7t

I wish you had made like 5 episodes of this or 10, whatever it takes BUT in normal speed 😢
You did so much and you could have used it for more TH-cam traffic and video count. You deserve it and I would have loved watching every detail and your comments about it.
You can always produce shorter Timelapse video of the long episodes for those not interested in every detail.
Please consider it if you still have the footage.

Hello sir, been watching your channel for a while now and am very impressed with your work. I have two questions about the 4d56 if you don't mind me asking. I recently changed the head on my 4d56 and in reinstalling the timing belt i aligned all the timing marks however when i reinstalled the crank pulley the line is not lining up with tdc on the timing cover when the others are on time. Is this a problem? Also i completely drained the fuel tank not knowing of the future difficulties this would cost me. i am currently not getting fuel to the filter from the primer pump. Do you have any knowledge you can share on these?

Check to see if the timing mark on the crankshaft sprocket itself is aligned,
You just need to pump the lift pump. Push it down and release and let it go up on its own. You can confirm if the lift pump is working if you remove the hose on the inlet side and when you pump it down put your finger on the pipe and as it rises you should feel a suction. If you do not replace the lift pump

Yes the crankshaft, camshaft and injection sprockets are aligned on time. However when I install the crank pulley and the bottom half of timing cover the pulley at no time aligns with tdc when the cam and injection pump are on their marks.....will check on the lift pump tomorrow. Thank You🙏
