What we need is various TECHPARK to have common shuttle with pickups from Silk Board, Bellandur , HSR Layout, Sarjapura Road , Whitefield , Brookefiled etc coz these are places where most of the folks working in ORR stay . Companies in common location should pool resources together and work on this so that you can have a periodic shuttle service available.

One big hurdle is the ease of use. Why BMTC doesn’t offer UPI, PayTM etc. as payment option in normal and AC buses, just like it offers in Vayu Vajra buses. They can offer metro-style tap and pay cards in BMTC buses that’ll make the rides seamless for passengers.

I respect your thoughts. I have few key points to discuss. What is feeder bus? Suppose you want to travel from Ramamurthy Nagar to Silk board. You can take feeder bus from Ramamurthy Nagar to the nearest metro station. Already these key junctions are congested. These feeder buses will bring metro traffic to these junctions. KR puram to Silk board feeder was not required at all. Already 500D bus is running on this route. The only solution will be to quit commuting in private cars and get more two wheelers or buses.
Buses and short range transit like e-scooters etc at metro stations are needed for last and first mile connectivity which helps pull the commuters to metro. Unfortunately, that will never happen because of the the auto mafia. It is the biggest plague of Bengaluru and we're witnessing it's evil evolution. Actually KR puram metro is not connected to KR puram market, instead it is connected to railway station. people of KR puram have to travel 2 km from metro station to reach KR market road.
KR Pura station is 2 km away from the actual KR Pura area. So is the Kundalahalli station, planned Mahadevpura station, Hoodi, Whitefield and many others.
Extremely happy and grateful to the government for these proactive steps to address the traffic management issue of this ever-growing city. A lot more needs to be done, however. The last ten years have taken a toll on the city's roads due to utter mismanagement. Hope this government can address all issues on a war footing.
Feeder bus? 500D BMTC Buses are already running on these routes from decades. KR puram to Silk board is an invite to traffic. Double decker highway is the new solution. Traffic from Banaswadi junction to KR Puram is worst. Metro is another problem. Double decker roads were fine for ORR to seperate heavy and light vehicles.

Request Indian Railway for Running regular DEMU/EMU trains from Baiyppanhalli railway station during office hours till Bommasandra and build new railway station on line near Marathalli, Dodenakundi. Sarjapura road and Bellandur road stations are already there. These can extend till hebbal, yeshwantpur, yelhanka in the north and can work like suburban rail system if Karnataka govt and IR work together for it. 2. Run metro feeder busses from whitefield varthur lake to indira nagar metro station via old HAL road regulary. 3. Run metro feeder busses regularly from Sarjapura road to KR Pura currently the frequency of 342 series bus is extremely low at Sarjapura road. 4. Run few busses for Haralur and HSR layout inner areas too. 5. Increase frequency of busses passing through Kormangala.
The way Elcita run buses from Electronic city to Silk institute Metro station, BMTC should run buses from Silk Institute Metro station to Electronic city via NICE road

Most cant afford rent where metro is nearby, its easy to preach on some random day on such video, if i have to take bus I need to walk 2km one way, then the commute time. Walking at 4km/h (normal walking speed) takes 28 mins then wait for bus. If anyone thinks this is practical you dont value time

I was talking to my mom in mobile when my mom told that to I was too sad and she also same so I'm comforting her... When conductor came I kept my phone down and I ask for ticket I showed aadhar card also... Before he noticed that I'm talking in mobile.. I show my aadhar and ask for ticket then also he shouted at in a bad way I didn't did anything wrong also he again again shout I get hurt... I was insulted in front of all the people all are looking at me in a bad eyes... In this situation how can I leave my mom like that... I am sure not even one of these people are going to use the feeder buses. KR Pura to silk board route is already a very busy route for buses and this video makes it sound like the buses are introduced in a completely new route. Also, cant seem to understand how they seem to miss the best option for companies in tech parks. Please provide frequent shuttle services for god's sake. Nobody loves to take a crowded bus, where someone can barely stand.
