It’s funny, how I’ve listened to these people analyze music for so long, but had never heard them play. While I never doubted their talent, I’ll now have this cover in mind whenever I heard them talk music and know that they’ve got the chops to back it up 😂
What a cool finish to the song. The lighting and the atmosphere makes me feel like I'm in a 2000s mini bar somewhere in Europe drinking coffee beside the soaked-by-the-rain window while they play. Everybody looked great.
So glad you all covered this - the solos sound great, and I appreciate keeping the chords at 4:12 like the original because that was such a standout moment in the song.

If you don’t get that what we have been building up to was them finally getting the subconscious messages and throwing away their perceptions of the subconscious as reality then that’s fine. But you not getting it does not make it not a lore film. It’s like you are trying to miss the clues in order to be upset. Connecting the physics from ring ma bell to the phone call transmitting a message from they have only been partly hearing in sign anonymous, Moon palace, overlap and 11th day. Them finally reaching themselves as they throw everything away like the enchanted night short story, in order to embrace the part of themselves distanced in the subconscious
@@jerrythemagicalllama there was a lot of plot development! like dusk said it was mostly setting up a continuation of the story set up in eleventh day, overlap, moon palace, and a sign, which is that there is an a side and b side of themselves and they are having trouble connecting to the other versions of themselves. they frame that as an inability to successfully transmit a message to their other selves. it also clarifies that we’ve only been in the subconscious world, that suhyeon is integral and possibly aware of previous iterations of themselves, and that there are members that are more connected to their bsides than others (haram siyoon and suhyeon). it also had multiple references to philosophy, the novel enchanted night, and their own music. just because the film is shot differently and is less overt doesn’t mean that nothing has progressed! eunoia and enchanted night are literally about them accepting and joining together with their bsides. they just took a different creative direction to get there which i appreciated bc the same format each time could get tired and predictable

I've been filling up two notebooks with every detail of lore and clues that I can find from pre-debut era to now since February of this year; and I'm planning on releasing a database of all the connections I could find once I'm satisfied with its' current length. The teaser photos for billage ch.3 gave me more info about the story than an entire film. Even short interviews of the members outside of the storyline during variety shows and whatnot gave us more lore. You've probably seen me say this before, assuming that you recognise me, but the last short film felt lazily and haphazardly written and vague. Almost like they expected fans to eat it up and make up connections on their own, which it seems that they have. Nothing that we've gotten in Billage Ch. 3 is comparable to any of the previous comebacks. You cannot compare the infodumps of RxR, snowy night (literally only one Christmas single and it still had more lore than billage3), collective soul, and the end of the world and the awakening to the cheapness of this comeback. It's okay to admit these things btw. This doesn't make me NOT a Billlie fan. They're literally the only group I follow. You don't have to pretend like you know what's happening for the sake of the group or whatever.
since soo-ah's brother passed away, she couldn't (or didn't want to) mourn for him properly. now we got the message that she urgently needs to take a break from all group activities. _i sincerely wish that her soul, her spirit and above all her psyche can regenerate. and i hope that this wonderful cover will also help her a bit when she watches this video._
