- Wake up 6 am
Meditation 10 min
Treadmill 30 min
Walk dog outside
Start work by 7:30
2.5 liters of water
30 net carbs
1 hour podcast, book or audiobook (self-help, wellness, fitness, spiritual)
Clean house 30 minutes in the evening
Log all food
Write in daily journal
Lights out by 10 pm
No alcohol, no cheats, no excuses for 65 days

Great Idea👍 i myself am working on this "pandemic regain" ,aleast that's what i call it. I been journaling and my therapist has been helping me with mindfull eating, You look great💜
