BLT SANDWICH INGREDIENTS:
8 slices of bread, cut 1/2” thick
12 slices bacon
2 large ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
8 green lettuce leaves, rinsed and spun dry
2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced.

We are asked to cut down with consumption of meat, for various reasons. BLT sandwich fits perfectly answers that need. There is hardly any sandwich ,which has more taste and flavor than a BLT. Add little Avocado and twist little mayonnaise .You got the world's best BLT sandwich.

Lacking a tomato for my BLT, I opted for salsa. Instead of mayo, just used the rendered fat. It's probably 8,000 calories, but whatever!

Natasha, here is a little tip for removing the avocado pit, slam the pit with the knife the closest you can to the handle, then you can drop it with your thumb with the same hand you are holding the knife. It's easyer and safer.

Natasha, your BLT looks great. Very similar to mines. Like you, I got to gave lettuce tomatoes and slice avocados. If you like a little spice, try mixing mayo, fresh lime juice and hot sauce for your dressing. It really takes the BLT to a different level. Love your videos.

I mash my avocado with s&p, instead of 2 layers of mayo sauce, I sub mashed avocado spread.

What I learned: peeling avocados is far easier than scooping with a spoon! This sandwich was *divine* and I thank you so much for sharing this. The secret sauce is so simple, and it truly did make this sandwich stellar. I got up the next morning and made another one for breakfast. Like you, I could eat this every day and never complain.
Did you know that the most nutritious part of the avocado is right next to the peel as well, so it’s not only easier, but you get more nutrients from getting the stuff that is as close to the peel as you can!

Looks fabulous. But I have to tell you that you have to try one with chunky peanut butter on one side of the bread and real mayo on the other. Now I know what you're thinking but trust me, it's divine. The first time I tried it it blew me away. I have made it for countless people and everyone makes the same comments, like whoda thunk or you've got to be kidding. Enjoy!

We love making it on the same day it will be served but you can also make it ahead just probably don’t add the sauce/mayo yet.
