    Ingredients
2 pieces of Seeded Multigrain Bread, toasted
    9 pieces Bacon, 3 softly cooked & 6 crispy
    2 Leaves Iceberg Lettuce
2 Tomatoes, Heirloom or Roma (or combo)
    Aleppo Mayo (recipe below)
    Aleppo Mayo
    3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Aleppo Pepper
    1 Clove of Garlic, minced
    Pinch Smoked Salt
    Instructions
Heat a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the bacon to your pan, making sure not to crowd them. Cook the first batch until just done, but not quite crispy and set aside on a paper towel lined tray. Add the second batch and cook until nice and crispy, then set aside on the tray.
As your bacon cooks, make the aleppo mayo. Add the aleppo pepper and a pinch of smoked salt to the mayonnaise and stir to combine. Then, finely mince your garlic with a pinch of salt to help break it down, turning it into a paste, and add it to the mayo. Mix it to combine then set it aside. The longer it sits, the more the flavors will infuse into it.
Once your bacon is done cooking, keep your pan grease and put the pan over medium heat! Put the two pieces of toasted bread into the pan and let it absorb some of that bacon fat, while making it extra crispy for about 20 seconds.
Spread a thin layer of aleppo mayo onto the non-crisped side of each piece of bread. Put three crispy pieces of bacon on each piece of bread. Add a leaf of iceberg lettuce on top of the bacon, then layer with sliced tomatoes. Then do the same on the other piece of bread. Add a pinch of smoked salt on top of the tomatoes and a crack of black pepper.
For the final layer, add the 3 slices of softly cooked bacon and put it on top of one of the sides with tomatoes. Then stack the other side on top. Behold, the most glorious BLT.

Great sandwich! I like how you understand that tomato is the “meat” of the BLT sandwich, and there is good symmetry the way you layered the sandwich. The bacon, although not my style (I prefer to bake it in the oven), suits the overall aesthetic of your sandwich, it’s also a more “authentic” style of bacon imo. Nicely done 👌

Needs shredded lettuce, oil and vinegar. With the bacon fat it might not need the extra oil. Besides that looks 🔥

Golden brown? Looks burnt to me lol. It is too toasty for my taste!

I don’t like double fillings either! I would just make another sandwich. Have to have the right balance of fillings to compliment the bread!

@@ThatGuy-yf5jeI don’t think it’s so bad, the layering that is. Maybe a bit too much tomato, but that’s my only complaint. The tomato after all, is the “meat” of the BLT

The bread is burnt, and the harsh texture will cut the roof of your mouth when you bite into the sandwich. This is a FAIL for me. 😐

A BLT is not a complicated sandwich. This is. Pop some toast, add sliced tomatoes, and some bacon. Condiments like mayo are optional. Don't overthink, or over do things.

I honestly keep it simple too n it's the best! The only thing I do is add black pepper to my mayo, streaky bacon, 2 slices of tomato, lettuce. I like my bread buttered and mayo spread on top but that's it I don't even have my bread toasted lol.
It looks interesting just a little overdone for your go to sandwich I'd try it if someone made it for me tho🤣

@@Ohkeh640 I find if I just use mayo it doesn't taste the same. I like the extra moisture and flavour of both together I never skip butter ever 😍 BLT is probably my favourite! I use a thin layer of both butter then the black pepper mayo x ❤️ it is personal preference though i'm not a fan of toast type of sandwiches either unless it's a toastie then it's different! 🤣 I'm a tad fussy when it comes to sandwiches and bread too 🙊🙈🤣 xx
