- In this video I go over my best advice on how to spice up your college essays! I mention what I think is THE most cliche college essay topic / structure in the history of college essays, as well as a bunch of different methods you can try to make them more unique!
I just wanted to reiterate that I am NOT discouraging this type of essay (in fact, me uploading a video on how to do your own take on this essay should say quite the opposite) -- it’s just that many people rely on this structure to make an impact, and I want to highlight ways to make yours stand out!

Hi I really really enjoying ur teaching style I wonder if u still teach?? And where did u read all the essays ?
How important is it to write at a college level? This most likely sounds dumb, but I suck at writing. I'm a transfer student, and I took my writing classes early to get them out of the way. The last paper I wrote, was 2 years ago and it was a research paper for a bio class. I put one of my essays through an online grading site and it said I have the writing skills of an 11th grader. LOL :( But I got A's in my writing classes so I don't get it.
