I love spanish language , I'm italian and I can understand almost everything of what they said in the video even If I didn't study spanish....If spanish people (or spanish speakers) speak slowly I can understand almost 90%, if they speak fast something like 65-70%
Lombard As an Spanish speaker, the same thing happens to me with Italian and Portuguese! It's a good thing about the Latin roots of these languages!

Hi, everyone in fact I am a native speaker of spanish ( from Perú) but I watch these videos to learn how to say some phrases.. I look carefully the subtitles and then practiced with it also I watch " easy english" but still is difficult for me can understand :( so for this reason I'd like to practice with a native speaker of english, if someone is interested can replay this comment I hope both could improve our languages(spanish- english) very fast !!

¿porque todo lo relacionado con la universidad "es lo unico" que les
hace felices? ¿ osea que sin universidad no se puede ser feliz?
Fue una respuesta que nos dio mucha gente. En México el ingreso a una buena universidad pública está bastante competido, tal vez por eso el iniciar una carrera universitaria sea una gran satisfacción para algunos.
Porque es bastante complicado entrar a una buena universidad y mas si es publica. Ademas de que son muy valoradas tienen muy buena reputación. Yo considero uno de los momentos mas felices de mi vida, cuando fui aceptado en el IPN la mejor universidad del país para estudiar ingenierías. :)
quiza algunas personas no piensan en lo que quieren no tienen objetivos, o sueños, vamos por ahi haciendo nuestro checklist de la vida, nacer estudiar trabajar, enamorarse de alguien y listo. bueno, entrar a la unam si es algo complicado creo.

Would you say that most people in this video had a Mexico City accent? Sorry, I'm just wondering because it was easier for me to understand them as opposed to some other Mexican accents.
Yes I'm pretty sure they're all Mexico City residents. A lot of people have told me that Mexico City's people have some of the most understandable and pleasant accents in Spanish and it is indeed a very different accent than the north or south of Mexico not to mention Latin America! In this same channel we have episodes filmed in Perú and in Monterrey which is in north of Mexico.

Por favor, alguien puede ajuydarme a compreender. Cuando se usa "he comido" o "comi", cual es la diferencia entre los dos pasados?
"he comido" es pasado perfecto compuesto, "comí" es pasado perfecto simple.

*-"He comido"* significa que alguna vez en tu vida has probado cierta comida. Por ejemplo "Ya he comido eso, pero no me gustó"
*-"Comí"* es algo que acaba de pasar, por ejemplo, "En la mañana comí Hotcakes".
Ese es el uso más común, pero en realidad son sinónimos y puedes usarlos de la manera que más te guste.

Why do Spanish put vertically opposite question mark (¿) ???
Cause in Spanish we don't have a different structure to make a question like in English for example.
The inverted signs must be used at the beginning of all questions. In Spanish, it can be very difficult to distinguish questions from statements. For example: Hola ¿cómo estás?

El acento peruano también es neutral y fácil, es más creeo que los primeros videos de Easy spanish fueron en Lima- Perú, y nuestros amigos mexicanos ya se apropiaron de todos los videos (bromita) jaja lo hacen muy bien, buen entrevistador! Saludotes
Bueno en Perú al igual que en México hay muchos acentos
Soy mexicano de descendencia, pero yo siempre le recomendo a los extranjeros que si quieren aprender Espanol , que lo aprendan con un peruano, o con un mexicano de el norte, como Monterrey, ya que el peruano es muy neutral y entendible, y el de Mexicano norteno por que suena muy golpeado fuerte y acertivo y se escucha cada silaba y tambien por que el Espanol mexicano es el mas influente y reconocido.
