Arnab tries hard to create an argument but Dr Swamy and Jethmalani put their best face forward, and clearly evade any faux pas in what was supposed to be a heated debate. Arnab is disappointed seeing no argument and ends up looking silly amidst the two .
Arnab asks the question from another angle, tries to hint that Dr. Swamy might be using public sentiment to his advantage. Dr. Swamy takes everything to his stride. In the discussion, Mr. Jethmalani says that as a collective responsibility the entire cabinet should go to jail. Arnab tries hard to create a debate but basically, both of them, especially. Mr. Jethmalani throw a volly of sarcasm at Arnab and at his futile attempts to try and draw them in a war of words.

Arnab is simply taking cheap shots and trying to create a ruckus where there is none, which by the way has become his hallmark. Swamy clearly said he has his apprehensions but respects the SC's judgement because he thinks they are better qualified. Even Jethmalani said Swamy's apprehensions are well founded but you can't simply subvert the law based on them. But Arnab somehow HAD to drag the debate on to fill up the time slot.

What the hell this Arnab wants to do?
When I hear the two great lawyers explaining things in such a precise manner (without subjecting my ears to Arnab !) I can say these 2 things:
1. India's justice system has not entirely done justice to this country even though Jethmalani quotes instances @14:55 and @15:18
2. Thanks to media even the justice system in India is finally getting it's due with regards to credibility and it exposes the difficult situation it operated under in a country like India , earlier !
These two giants! Swamy & Jethmalani.....when I used to practise in the Supreme Court I had the privilege in seeing how Jethmalani articulated facts! Even after living in the UK (the life of a lawyer and having seen so many British lawyers I'd say I have not seen a fine lawyer like Jethmalani in my entire life) As regards Swamy imagine a person being a visiting professor at Harvard at such a young age.....a uni which produced so many US Presidents....more than that Swamy's articulation on U Tube

Going with MACRO level of laws interpretation by senior lawyers makes change of evidence & hence JUDGEMENTS ,ORDERS,REVERSAL OF ORDERS of TRIAL.SESSION COURT,HIGH COURT THEN APEX COURT, THEN BACK TO HIGH COURT FOR REVISION OR D.BENCH.
SO SORRY TO EXPRESS FURTHER WHOLE LIFE FOR GETTING JUSTICE..

I dont think he is media seeking, coz I think he came in to lime light when Raja went to jail, before that I personally dint know much about him. So he is among the few who did some thing for the nation and then got coverage. And I dont think anything is wrong in that. If he would have been corrupt , I am sure Congress would have found out the smallest possible corruption done by him and tried to put him Jail as they are trying to do in case of Baba Ramdev and Team Anna.

I find Arnab persistent beyond that line when it smells of arrogance and gets irritating. Wish his disposition or presentation could have been milder and yet articulate enough to convey a perception.
