thank you Arch! i am glad you found the video helpful. i also have a very thorough blog on the importance of nurturing your microbiome at my blog site, which is on my website - www.drannwellness.com
I used to make my own fermented veggies - and - I can testify to the importance of eating fermented foods so that the good bacteria colonize your gut. Capsule probiotics are OK - but - you will not get the whole-body health benefit from the capsules - and - for some reason, the probiotics in the capsules do not colonize well, so, the benefit is extremely temporary. I'm not the authority on that - I read a recent study done by a well-respected source and, I agree with the study's findings based on my own experience. Ha! All that said - I'm now not able to make my own fermented veggies, and, I live in the armpit of all US cities - and - the only grocery store I can get to - a Publix - doesn't stock any of the items above - other than the yogurt and the kefir. Those are "OK" - but - the best benefit (my experience) is from fermented veggies - and - Publix simply has zero kraut or kimchee or even kombucho - that are "active' - sure, they have sauerkraut and they have kimchi and they have a type of kombucho - but - none of those are active. You have to read the label.
Instead of moving the products up, down and around, we might be able to catch alot better look if u could hold it still without moving with better light , just saying. This way we could make a list,Thank u .

Great info. I wish you would have included what area/section of the grocery store you found it. So, we can have an idea where to look.
In the produce section! :)
JUST the info I needed. Plus, you are fantastic!! I subbed right away. Blessings to-ya!
thanks! im really excited about incorporating these foods into my diet. you are very passionate, that's great.
it would help if you wouldn't shake the item when you hold it and tell what part of the store these items can usually be found in.
What part of the store? 😂 The refrigerated section, ibviously.

Are fermented foods/drinks safe for breastfeeding mothers?
Chintana Philavanh it is always best to ask your pediatrician! Thx
Are pickled vegetables fermented?
RedRobin13 - Only if pickled in brine. Those pickled in vinegar will not contain probiotics.
no, not in most cases. only if they are traditonally pickled in brine, not vinegar, and then regrigerated will they contain live active cultures
Alot of pickles are not actually fermented and are basically just soaked in a sterile flavored solutionand jarred or canned.
Not good for anxiety
That's a question... Is it OK for anxiety and or depression?
