Interesting how 20 years ago we discovered technology to send a satellite in to space to visit other planets, yet over 300 "existing chemicals" haven't been tested to see if they're harmful to humans? Maybe they have tested such chemicals, and they rather not tell us.

Is Calcium Chloride ok? I’m trying to find a good type of water to drink, and Core seems good. All the ingredients appear to be safe except for Calcium Chloride.
Calcium chloride is safe. It's used as a salt and it is a source of calcium for your body. The chloride molecule is disposed of in the same way the one in table salt is. It's actually a healthier alternative to table salt except it tastes way saltier so use less. And remember that everything can be toxic in high enough quantities.

The bread we get doesn't list calcium proprionate, but it has calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate. Same concern with those ingredients?
