Thank you so much for this video. As an operational business analyst, i am very keen in moving to management consulting. This has surely helped me to give an understanding of the areas which i can explore. Great work ;)
Can all the skill/techniques that management consultants use be obtained and mastered without becoming a management consultant? If yes, then how? Please make a video on that. Would go bonkers viral.
All of these exactly are my responsibilities at an advertising agency - the role is that of a Brand Strategist. My question is how can I make a switch from being a Brand Strategist in an Advertising Agency to that of Management Consultant in a Consulting Firm. Is MBA the only reasonable option available to make the switch? If not what else do think can be means to switch?
You are right MBA is the way till Badabusiness comes in picture Actually the question is whom you want to consult is it Retail, manufacturing, corporate, MSME
This video is really informative and tell me one thing I have a plan to become a tech consultant. Please, tell me how to become and what they do in the industry
Hey Soumi, this is an amazing video which rightly gives actual picture of what a management consultant do. I am also associated with a big 4. So could relate. Would be great if you could make some content on what MBB or Kearney consultants do and yes, definitely looking forward for part 2😍😇

For Example @12:54 you have edited by keeping it continuous. A gap should be given between Month on Month (2-sec gap) and Are the Prices Falling? And 3-4 sec gap @12:59 min because a topic change & you ended the topic with questions.

Just a general question, can we acquire the knowledge we get from an MBA degree by reading books, courses, articles etc? because not many people including me can afford fee of MBA.
Yes, the knowledge can easily be acquired. No issues on that. MBA programs usually give you a cohort, platform for placement, which is difficult to get via online courses etc.
Hello ma'am I graduated in B.com from DU this year and appeared for CAT 2021 but was unable to perform well and planning for next year CAT. Will CFA level 1 be a good option in this gap year? Please advice.

*What do management consultants do? Let’s see-* 1. Speak really good English and ensure that the client gets impressed 2. Make really good PPTs and Excel models to hide the client’s BS and present its BS in an attractive manner. 3. Get drained out completely by Partners who choose to understaff the project to save money. 4. Make slides out of nothing for the sake of making slides. 5. As soon as they get good at their work BOOM! They’re rolled off and staffed on another project with a completely different structure and work thereby making good generalists but really poor specialists. 6. POOMA POOMA POOMA!!!! More POOMA!
