Great video as always. However, Accenture does Strategy/Management Consulting as well. From Accenture’s perspective, Tech Consulting is actually Technology Strategy for CIO function of the client organisation. Further, consulting firms now focus on VRO (Value Realisation Office) than PMO coz VRO is more strategic in evaluating the effectiveness and ROIs of a project.

Being a fresher, choosing a govt. body that too on purely contractual basis, is it advisable? Considering the limited to no growth opportunities intra-organisation!! Actually I've a Pharmaceutical MBA from India's No. 1 Ranked Institution for the same. But the major doubt which troubles me is that, will leaving my core Pharma. Field since this very beginning of my career for consulting posts at major players, will it backfire in the long run?? Getting into top iims is bit hard and as you already have mba better join some finishing school. This TH-cam owner has a company tat makes you to be industry ready.
