따뜻한 나라를 그리며 갈 수 없는 아쉬움을 담아
이국적인 플루메리아와 상큼한 파인애플로 케이크를 만들어 보았어요
플루메리아와 잎. 그리고 파인애플은 만든 후 반드시 냉장 보관하여 굳혀주셔야 해요.
만든 모양 그대로 케이크 위에 예쁘게 올리는 방법이거든요

Dear Olivia, your beautiful cakes are art pieces for me and when I'm watching you piping all types of flowers is more satisfying. For sure I will never try to make any of these beauty's but I love watching how you make them. ☺☺☺☺
You're truly masterful, Chef Olivia. How can something be so tasty and exquisitely beautiful at the same time. To me, they are works of art. I won't eat this beautiful cake. I'd just stare at it like what I always did when I am outside pastry shops in Paris and Annecy ogling at beautiful pastries.
