@@Egobert there was a interview around GTA IV from Dan Houser in 2008 or 2009. It's not a problem for them to create a map with all 5 cities. The problem is to fill up the map with stories. But that was 15 years ago and Dan Houser left...
It's amazing how with a PS2 game, the vibe of each city in San Andreas was so different which is testament to how well the game was designed. For instance, there is a clothing store that only exists in Las Venturas. To modify low riders, you could only do that in a hood in Los Santos. It's that sort of uniqueness that really gives each area its own identity and something missing from the HD era games. GTA 5 should have had unique stores in places like Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores that can't be found anywhere else in game. Let's hope GTA 6 follows that San Andreas formula
As a kid I was unable to get to this section as I was to young to really comprehend what to do so was stuck in Los Santos. The Las Venturas strip has got to be the best looking part of the map so many crazy designed building that stand out with personality and lots of colourful lights to give it that vibe from Vice City like you mentioned I look forward to the next video as the desert and surrounding areas I find the most creepy and mysterious parts of the map such as the abandoned ghost town or the section with all the body bags in the crater!
i wish more games had Las Vegas inspired cities (the SR reboot doesn't count). i think our only hope of seeing a modern AAA gta-like version of LV would be something like Mafia 4 being set in the 70's
This is the best region of the map in SA. I finally got here the other day and I’m so excited about finishing the game. This area is so cool. I’m about to rob the casino. I can’t believe I never made it to this part of the game as a kid and I’m nearly 30 and just now getting here.
I only made it to las venturas by using the train glitch where you phase through the barriers blocking the railway bridges by going full speed at them while driving the train. You didn’t get a six star wanted level like you would normally, but I think I remember the interiors not being enterable as you technically weren’t meant to be in that part of the map lol.
@@chrisstucker1813 dude it’s the best part of the map and it takes some grinding to get there but it is definitely where most of the game shines. Los Santos is very boring compared to that place, it’s like a mini vice city within the game. Amazing
@@bwillsskates2638 I get what you’re saying but I guess the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. All the different areas complement each other by being unique and just add to the overall experience. Without los santos, I wouldn’t enjoy las venturas as much; and without los santos I wouldn’t enjoy San fierro as much either!
"19 seconds ago" Hell yeah! I'm a recent subscriber and I love the content dude. Wish I found you sooner! Keep up the great work. Can't wait to see where this channel goes.
When we go back to Venturas I hope the story and plot is based on the remnants of the mob and how things used to be “back” then. Dope video clack, well done. You’re an up and comer in the gta community.
i only play san andreas on my entire computer btw, daily at that, so no. i can't forget it if i see it everyday❤ but i set my home as the doherty train station, gtasa is my passion and love !
What I love about Las venturas is that it has two sides of a coin, one side shows its high life with casinos, fast cars, rich npcs and nice houses, but the other side of the coin shows its ugly side of it being a city run by the mafia
4:41 there's something really depressing about these huge empty areas with occational tables scattered on them. Vice City never felt like this, it just feels like an unfinished game
Yes , of course I remember. I have og copy played that probably the most on ps2 . Thanks to Rockstar games and grove street games for bringing them games to modern consoles . Sucks ps5 players if they don't still have their ps3 they cant play gta 4 . They're stuck with the missing piece of Rockstar greatest game .
I played this game to the end but I never really noticed any of these buildings, I think because it was the final city I was kind of bored and just rushed through the ending
I like your other content, but this kinda stuff isn't for me. Whilst the presentation is nice, it really just feels like you're embellishing what's on the strip. Whilst that's fine, and if you're doing it just for a cool side project then sobeit, but I'm hoping you keep making the other type of content on your channel. :)
I‘d love to see Las Venturas in a modern GTA
Even for one mission in like gta 6
I really hope that GTA 7 will have the entire lore friendly USA with all those cities!
Imagine a GTA 7 with all cities available and you can fly to them or as a passenger and fully explore them

It looks simple today but back in 2004 this allowed me to live a second life. It was so immersive back then.
Las Vegas is my hometown. Always wanted a GTA set in Nevada. If we never get it, at least GTA SA nailed the 90s Vegas.

Try the Rubacava level in Grim Fandango if you want las vegas inspired x1000
Please make this a whole series. Also do similar videos for GTA, Vice city and RDR1
I have actually done a similar video covering all of Vice City!

Las Venturas seems kind of tacked on. Always thought the placement of buildings and street design was weird.
