Wow, what stunning scenery. I'm catching a ferry in the morning to mainland UK on my Interceptor 650. 45 minute crossing then maybe a 45 mins on bike to bike accessories dealer to pick up C3 Pro. Your review has reassured me I'm making the right decision to buy the Schuberth C3 Pro.
Awesome video! I’m gonna get one of these helmets for sure, it should work good for my triumph bonniville, I’m from Wyoming and I look forward to riding through the black hills. Needle’s highway is a beautiful drive in a car, can’t wait to experience it on a bike!
Thanks, Nick. This Schuberth is a good fit for me; quiet and comfortable. They have come out with the C5 since I did this video, so you might want to look at that, as well. The Bonneville is a great bike - you will have big fun with it on Needles Highway (and all the fun roads in the Black Hills). Years ago, we lived in Spearfish, SD, and used to enjoy riding to the Big Horns to carve up some curves. You have some fun riding in WY, too.
Glad you enjoyed it, Steve. Instead of recording a voice track while riding, I did this one as a voice-over while watching the finished editing. I appreciate that you noticed. See you on MV!
I like your cadence in describing what unfolds in the video, those Minnesottans :) lol. Thanks for sharing. Just looked at the map to see where you were riding. Here in NYC, I'd have to ride at the minimum 150 miles out of the city to come across any stretch of highway/local roads with little or no traffic unless I am riding between 2 and 4AM. :).
Thanks for watching! We enjoy "urban cruising" when visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Phoenix... hard to beat the great riding in the Black Hills, though.
Glad to see that you passed on the new C4 Pro Carbon Fiber with upgraded audio package, so now there is enough $$$ for a new guitar or ???? Nice helmet and the current prices make it a great value. Glad you noggin is will protected. RIDE ON CAP! Bob in Nevada

A year in with the C3 Pro, and I am still impressed. Hope you find it as good, too.

Great video Jim.Your voice over narration was perfectly paired with the visuals to create a relaxed portrait of the Needles region.

Thanks, Bob. Some may comment on a $550 helmet on a $19 head. ;-) So far, so good with the C3 Pro.
