Does the guitarist come up with the riffs (like on Double It!) and then y'all coordinate on the hits? Any writing down going on or is it all taught by ear? You guys are tight.. much love from LA

The songwriting process differs for each song, some are all written by one person, some are equally written by each of us, some are written by one of us and then arranged as a group. Everything is usually all by ear, with the exception of anything that's too rhythmically dense, such as some of the stuff in "Duck, Duck, JUICE!"
