I'm sure I will be in the minority here but 87k for a truck with the capability that this truck has is really good. Prices for high end trucks are well over 100k and they don't have 3/4 the capability of this truck. It's a very nice truck.
Bro when I saw the price, I was taken back… I guess I’m not used to seeing 450’s in anything less than a KR… I did a video on a XL or XLT which was over $80k…

@JB_WhoWork I agree with you in today's market that is a good price but that doesn't change the fact that truck prices in general are absurdly high. But I also don't totally blame the auto manufacturers. Consumers created this problem by overpaying for the vehicles in the first place and now we're all dealing with the consequences. I used to get killer deals on new super duties for my whole life up until a few years ago and I hope that will return because the truck I have now is the longest I've kept a truck and I'm itching for a new one especially when I watch reviews on them like yours. Keep up the good work JB!
No joke. $20K over msrp is ridiculous. Heck MSRP is ridiculous! My 2005 F150 fx4 had a sticker of $38,200-I paid $29,000 for it. My starting price would be $10,000 off MSRP…I realize I may have to wait a while🤪
Dealers are trying to charge it, I just walked away from a dealer in Louisiana who has a Limited and they have it marked up and will NOT move an inch which is surprising considering it has been on their lot for about a month now. Also surprising to see a 450 without the without the HO engine. Rear suspension is the same between the 350 & 450 there is no difference in springs. The diff housing is also the same difference within the diff is the axle diameter otherwise it's the same even down to the alloy diff cover. I have found a couple of others on lots but I am going to have to travel. Hopefully get back into a 450 in the next couple of days.

Our Dealerships in IA are not adding anything on top… don’t believe they had previously either. Ordered ‘24 F450 Limited with pretty much all the extra options ($110k) in Sept and Ford’s Web price was the final price when ordered at Dealership.
Most aren’t but there are still some greed going on out there
Does it come with TPMS? Air Bags for the ride? 2023-2024 Ram 3500 comes with both with great rides and 17" wheels has lot less drama with smooth rides.
I have always liked the look of a 450, that wide front track I think is what makes it look tough. That grill would actually be the same on the Lariat and up 350 DRW, not unique to the 450.
I agree, it would be hard for me to go 350 dually if this was sitting next to it

Why any manufacturer uses the cp4 fuel pump is beyond me. That unit is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. It is never a question of if but when it blows up and destroys your fuel system.
They changed the Continnentals tires?

Bought my 2023 4500 Limited loaded for $85K. Beast of a truck! Better to drive than my 2021 SRW 3500. And I got tired of Ford dealers thinking I'm one of those idiots that will pay $110K plus for a Lariat 450.

It fits in my garage, but only in 2 of the 4 bays ( can fit two of them). It's too long for the other 2 bays.

All class 3 dually trucks are rated at 14,000 lb GVWR.
Rr Diff Locker: The F350 can get a locker Rr Diff… but the Dually and F450 a locker is not available. Road haulers don’t need locker.
That rear end is already heavy enough too
I'm not sure about the F350 DRW, but the F450 gets an LSD in the rear.

Man, hasn't even been delivered to the customer and somebody's already curbed the wheel.
Hitting the M button on the transmission shifter puts it in a full manual mode. You lock out the gears by leaving it and drive and pressing the plus and minus buttons.

The free connected navigation (not that anyone will use this anyway) went from 3 years in 2023 to 1 year in 2024 too. Ford charges $80 a year for the subscription.

2500.00 at the CRANK, with torque limiting, not sure any of the extra 50/150 makes it to the ground with all the nannies on these trucks. Are the upgrades to the engine more valuable... maybe???

The HO engine is one of the options that lengthens build times. Going with the standard output is one of the things that dealers suggest to get your order faster. I have been waiting nearly 2 years for a H.O. KR order and just got a build date.

I have 23 ford f350 high out put dually paid msrp I did not order it it was on dealer show room the high output is a waste of money all hype I can’t tell the difference from my 2022 6.7 I changed my 24 king ranch order to regular 6.7 spend the money elsewhere not worth it
I don’t disagree but the cooling is better on the HO and I like the idea of the turbo being cooled 👍🏾

Never needed more than the standard output....but went ahead and ordered it on my '24, which is scheduled to be here in April.
Current '23 F-450 has been perfect....as all my 6.7's have been....just figured with yet another ridiculous windfall I'll be making selling the '23, I'll go ahead and give it a shot.....
