This track is a thing of beauty. I mean, military drums, sure, but also guitar riffs, tones of sadness and happiness, few classical instruments and a rhythm influenced by zone ballads... Makes me think of the Stalker humbleness and coexistence. In two words, Victory, and Hope.
Listening to this song, remembering how rookie I was, afraid of anything, then in Clear Sky I was less afraid of moving around in creepy places but still was scared of mutants, but in Call of Pripyat, I overcome my fear and fought every mutant I saw, went to every creepy place without walking away from it out of fear and doing my job. Looking back and seeing how I progressed and how I enjoyed this game is truly amazing. This game is far by best game I ever saw in my whole gaming life. Its sad to see it go, end of the series, end of a great story. And the happy face when I saw *SPOILER ALERT FOR SOMEONE WHO STILL DIDNT PLAYED THE LAST GAME* Strelok, alive, I was amaze and happy and said "YEAH! HES ALIVE!" Anyways, after all the shit I said, this game is awesome, better than any Russian/Ukrainian story game. So long Stalker, I'll see you in hell :)

I always reloaded the savegame when somebody from the team died because of those snork fuckers. I always wanted to bring every member of my team to Pripjaty.
Just finished Call of Pripyat and I feel kind of.. heartbroken? I feel empty and crave more, but there's nothing to fullill this hunger... (mods won't do the job). A bittersweet feeling of experiencing the end of such an amazing series. Seems like this theme suits the feeling perfectly. A part of me will stay in the Zone forever.

Try Lost Alpha, it's like a new game. GSC wanted to release it as a new Stalker game, but it was leaked, and therefore they couldn't release it officially. Or play ShoC again. I completed it 7-8 times, but I always find new things in it. The best Stalker game ever.

I remember reading a review by a guy, who was dissapointed by ending. Fuck his opinion, it was one of most satysfying, heart breaking endings ever, No hollywood explosions and stupid speeches, it was perfect for this game and nobody could convince me otherwise.

Stalkers at Yanov station still think of Vano now and again, recalling his light-heartedness and skills. While some aspects of his life are usually up to debate, one thing is clear: with his luck, looking for Pripyat was a big mistake.........

CoP ending is (in my opinion) the best, just because it displays everything you have done in the Zone, reminding you in the end, what kind of great (or not so great) accomplishments you have made.

Finished the game this morning. While the ending itself is only focused on CoP events, this music feels like the reward for completing the entire Strelok saga. I found myself remembering my favorite moments in the previous games between each of the slides and it put a conclusion to a five year journey. Thank you GSC for making such an enjoyable experience.
This song makes me so nostalgic. The feeling of escaping the zone with what (IMO) was a main story that almost rivaled SHoC, and side quests and characters that blew the previous games out of the water... and then the game going right around and telling you the story of all the characters' lives you touched, and how they went about life afterwards. It was awesome.
i love the game, the atmosphere, the storyline, this is so sad that everything is over now, but stalker will never be forgotten, because the game lives in our hearts, and we have to hope, than one day we will be back to the zone again, sit near campfire and listen to the guitar. And the sun will rise again, showing us the amazing and dangerous Zone, that we all know and are missing for. ( sory for terrible english).

I'll never forget how this game changed me alot It made me love a place that is far from me, first time died to bandits, to military and anomalies, kept going until I finished all the series It had best atmosphere, nostalgic and good, true one may leave the zone but the zone never leaves him It will always have a place in my heart And until we meet again stalkers❤.
One may leave the zone,but the zone cannot leave them. Every time I put this game in the shelf and ignore it because I'd already finished it many times..there was an empty hole in my mind that said "No. You are a stalker."

This was the last game... it was the most fun and adventurous series ever, it was fun while it lasted, luck for me, i still have the disk for it, oh boy please stalker come back, the legend of gaming... the game that popularized horror and FPS games, please COME BACK!!!
Still cool too see how the game managed to have comparatively strong and well-written characters despite so many shortcomings especially in the animation and NPC design variety department, and most of them weren't even fully voiced. I wonder how STALKER 2 will handle that.
Man this song makes me cry. I did a walktrough of all the 3 games and when i finished COP, damn, i got very emotional. The zone has taken me, for sure. I wanna go there again.

This game is my all time favorite. I love love to see a return to the series, keeping all of what made S.T.A.L.K.E.R great, and polishes this gem, this rough diamond, this forgotten king to something even greater.
Stalker was my real game purchase, alongside C&C:Generals+ZH expansion pack combo case (ah, the days games were packaged 4 CDs a box, expansion packs included). Went it, died to anomalies, died to the army, died to the bandits, died to dogs, died to the bandits twice, thrice more, then I had gone to agroprom. Went into the 1st vent room after the fruit punch corridor past the bandit lounge by the elevator shaft, then that bloodsucker roar and then instant death. 12 year old me went full "NOPE" and had not touched the game for a MONTH, then I went in again. Never actually finished ShoC or CS (damn red forest rush to the spatial anomaly on the tank screwed me over, vanilla install) but those are memories I still have. I don't even remember how many shooters I played and forgotten, even those I've finished. I don't know how STALKER 2 is going to turn out, and I don't really care - whatever the devs push, even if it's total crap; so long as the engine is a good one, the mod tools are convenient and it has that good ol' stalker flavor of stale bread, vodka, and the iron-flavor of radiation poisoning - the community will go to town on it within the week. If they, for some god-forsaken reason, do not allow modding in stalker 2, it will sell well for a day, then die a forlorn neglected death once modders dabble in the guts and see that modding ain't a thing. Only an idiot would say no to a consumer base that makes your content for you and pays you for the platform.
One of the best game series I ever played. I also come back to it from time to time because I feel that I have never experienced the whole Zone. Best gameplay and best soundtracks. Whoever played those Stalker games once and remembers the nights when they were stepping with their flashlights on not knowing what will happen and hearing sounds that made your skin goosebumps, will never forget and will always miss The Zone ! I cried when I finished the series because it felt like loosing some comrades. Good luck Stalkers !

A great song as an ending for a great game, and a great series. Thinking about the game from Shadow of Chernobyl to Clear Sky and to this, Call of Pripyat gave me the feels. I hope this is not actually the end of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series
After the hell you have to go through with the horrors of the Zone and the difficult trudge against armies of strong and intelligent enemies, victorious music like this is so cathartic. Like we earned this win. And in a way it's beautiful.

@@puddingsimon2626 There are so many achievements in the game and I completed the game several times but still are there stuff that I havent tried once. for example; 1- what if I become friend of freedom instead of duty? what will happen I wonder. 2- is it pointless to give the documents from the vehicles in bridge processing to owl? what if I kept them until the game ends instead? 3- will there be any differences if I get all the possible achievements for the game's ending? 4- Selling merc pdas to owl seems to me unnecessary because giving the laptop is the only necessity to complete that task, are there any other uses for them? or they are just there for being sold? Also I havent tried the master difficulty yet (Im playing it on veteran so when Im free I will start another run and try to join freedom to see what kind of changes will happen. Also nitro is gonna hate me for working for them. Experiments always require risk to be applied y'know?
I'd protest just to bring this awesome game back anyone else? but honestly it prob wont have any effect but might as well try our best and show how much we love this game from our hearts!

I always reloaded the savegame when somebody from the team died because of those snork fuckers. I always wanted to bring every member of my team to Pripjaty.

Just finished Call of Pripyat and I feel kind of.. heartbroken? I feel empty and crave more, but there's nothing to fullill this hunger... (mods won't do the job). A bittersweet feeling of experiencing the end of such an amazing series. Seems like this theme suits the feeling perfectly.
A part of me will stay in the Zone forever.

Try Lost Alpha, it's like a new game. GSC wanted to release it as a new Stalker game, but it was leaked, and therefore they couldn't release it officially.
Or play ShoC again. I completed it 7-8 times, but I always find new things in it. The best Stalker game ever.

After have played All the stalker game in the chronological order, and finally hear this music is so satisfying so I barely can't even describe it.
One of THE best games out there.
I remember reading a review by a guy, who was dissapointed by ending. Fuck his opinion, it was one of most satysfying, heart breaking endings ever, No hollywood explosions and stupid speeches, it was perfect for this game and nobody could convince me otherwise.

CoP ending is (in my opinion) the best, just because it displays everything you have done in the Zone, reminding you in the end, what kind of great (or not so great) accomplishments you have made.

Finished the game this morning. While the ending itself is only focused on CoP events, this music feels like the reward for completing the entire Strelok saga. I found myself remembering my favorite moments in the previous games between each of the slides and it put a conclusion to a five year journey.
Thank you GSC for making such an enjoyable experience.

This song makes me so nostalgic. The feeling of escaping the zone with what (IMO) was a main story that almost rivaled SHoC, and side quests and characters that blew the previous games out of the water... and then the game going right around and telling you the story of all the characters' lives you touched, and how they went about life afterwards. It was awesome.
i love the game, the atmosphere, the storyline, this is so sad that everything is over now, but stalker will never be forgotten, because the game lives in our hearts, and we have to hope, than one day we will be back to the zone again, sit near campfire and listen to the guitar. And the sun will rise again, showing us the amazing and dangerous Zone, that we all know and are missing for. ( sory for terrible english).

It made me love a place that is far from me, first time died to bandits, to military and anomalies, kept going until I finished all the series
It had best atmosphere, nostalgic and good, true one may leave the zone but the zone never leaves him

One may leave the zone,but the zone cannot leave them. Every time I put this game in the shelf and ignore it because I'd already finished it many times..there was an empty hole in my mind that said "No. You are a stalker."

Still cool too see how the game managed to have comparatively strong and well-written characters despite so many shortcomings especially in the animation and NPC design variety department, and most of them weren't even fully voiced. I wonder how STALKER 2 will handle that.
Man this song makes me cry. I did a walktrough of all the 3 games and when i finished COP, damn, i got very emotional. The zone has taken me, for sure. I wanna go there again.

Something about this game and the ending. It really impacted me more than the previous 2. Sad tactical military music while talking about everyone you've met in your journey. I love this game a lot :')

Stalker was my real game purchase, alongside C&C:Generals+ZH expansion pack combo case (ah, the days games were packaged 4 CDs a box, expansion packs included).
Went it, died to anomalies, died to the army, died to the bandits, died to dogs, died to the bandits twice, thrice more, then I had gone to agroprom.
Went into the 1st vent room after the fruit punch corridor past the bandit lounge by the elevator shaft, then that bloodsucker roar and then instant death.
12 year old me went full "NOPE" and had not touched the game for a MONTH, then I went in again.
Never actually finished ShoC or CS (damn red forest rush to the spatial anomaly on the tank screwed me over, vanilla install) but those are memories I still have. I don't even remember how many shooters I played and forgotten, even those I've finished.
I don't know how STALKER 2 is going to turn out, and I don't really care - whatever the devs push, even if it's total crap; so long as the engine is a good one, the mod tools are convenient and it has that good ol' stalker flavor of stale bread, vodka, and the iron-flavor of radiation poisoning - the community will go to town on it within the week.
If they, for some god-forsaken reason, do not allow modding in stalker 2, it will sell well for a day, then die a forlorn neglected death once modders dabble in the guts and see that modding ain't a thing.
Only an idiot would say no to a consumer base that makes your content for you and pays you for the platform.
If there is Hope there will be S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Someday we will play together..dint Give up!!!

One of the best game series I ever played. I also come back to it from time to time because I feel that I have never experienced the whole Zone. Best gameplay and best soundtracks. Whoever played those Stalker games once and remembers the nights when they were stepping with their flashlights on not knowing what will happen and hearing sounds that made your skin goosebumps, will never forget and will always miss The Zone ! I cried when I finished the series because it felt like loosing some comrades. Good luck Stalkers !

A great song as an ending for a great game, and a great series. Thinking about the game from Shadow of Chernobyl to Clear Sky and to this, Call of Pripyat gave me the feels. I hope this is not actually the end of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series
That was the best game outro and ending that i had chance to seen. Stalker is the best game that i ever played from one simply reason... climate.
After the hell you have to go through with the horrors of the Zone and the difficult trudge against armies of strong and intelligent enemies, victorious music like this is so cathartic. Like we earned this win. And in a way it's beautiful.

@@puddingsimon2626 There are so many achievements in the game and I completed the game several times but still are there stuff that I havent tried once. for example;
1- what if I become friend of freedom instead of duty? what will happen I wonder.
2- is it pointless to give the documents from the vehicles in bridge processing to owl? what if I kept them until the game ends instead?
3- will there be any differences if I get all the possible achievements for the game's ending?
4- Selling merc pdas to owl seems to me unnecessary because giving the laptop is the only necessity to complete that task, are there any other uses for them? or they are just there for being sold?
Also I havent tried the master difficulty yet (Im playing it on veteran so when Im free I will start another run and try to join freedom to see what kind of changes will happen. Also nitro is gonna hate me for working for them. Experiments always require risk to be applied y'know?
