One word…WOW! The Cottages are spectacular. My mom passed away May 16 from Dementia. One of my sweet memories was sitting with her to watch your latest project. She seemed to actually enjoy listening and watching you work as I would ask her, te gusta (in Spanish) and she would nod and smile. We haven’t travelled in the 9 years she was with me but your cottages is on my bucket list. Wishing you joy always❤
These look so amazing! So inviting! I’m sure many guests will have a very enjoyable time. One thing you may want to do is have a book for guests to write in about their visit. We stayed at an air B and B way before they became the thing to do and this was one thing they did that we enjoyed. Reading about past guest visits and what they did on their visit. It was great to leave our words in the book for future guests.

Absolutely adorable! The cottages look so inviting and they have everything anyone could need. I've been in the vacation rental business for 4 decades so I'd like to make a couple of observations: first, as your white towels wear out and get stained, switch to light gray and use Lysol Laundry Sanitizer instead of Clorox to make them germ free (have to think about cleaning up to COVID prevention standards!); also, while colored throw pillow covers are great for decorating, if you can't wash them after each guest leaves then you run the risk of spreading germs to the next group because people will take naps on them and leave a dirty hair smell (likewise with bed covers and duvets--gotta wash them every time).One last thing: be sure to check your silverware drawers and utensil drawers after each guest--you would be surprised how many drawers will be full of crumbs and are jumbled up from use. Honestly, I could write a book!

These two cottages are so smart, modern, comfortable I cannot make a choice. Both are superb for staying over for a lovely change; summer or winter or whichever season you wish to visit. The finishing touches made it more personal, alas, the construction was well done, enjoyed the evening photos as well. When we pray and ask for guidance and blessings, all just goes well.
Perfectly executed Mary. Apple Blossom and Sparrows Nest are so exceptional that I don't have adequate words to describe them. If I had to choose a favorite, I’d say Apple Blossom because of the story behind the bathroom sink. When I saw the first cottage kitchen with the brick, I knew that was my favorite! Then when I saw the second kitchen, I said THAT was my favorite! I think I’ll have to spend a week in each one before I can decide which one I like best. 😅 I love the fact they are each different from the other.
Your cottages are beautiful and will only become better as the landscape around them matures and becomes more natural looking. I love new but the timeless feeling that mature plants and trees give a dwelling is so comforting to me. Your own home has that feeling. Time will make that feeling happen and probably sooner than we all might think. I would love staying in one of your cottages if I didn’t live so far away.

These two cottages are so smart, modern, comfortable I cannot make a choice. Both are superb for staying over for a lovely change; summer or winter or whichever season you wish to visit. The finishing touches made it more personal, alas, the construction was well done, enjoyed the evening photos as well. When we pray and ask for guidance and blessings, all just goes well.

Perfectly executed Mary. Apple Blossom and Sparrows Nest are so exceptional that I don't have adequate words to describe them. If I had to choose a favorite, I’d say Apple Blossom because of the story behind the bathroom sink. Would you have ever imagined in a million years Mary that the sink you saw on your hike that day would eventually be used in one of your dream cottages 🩷. God is good.

How exciting, Mary! Your family has gone above and beyond in making these lovely cottages the ideal home away from home. It is now a dream of mine that my husband and I could someday get away for a romantic weekend and stay in one of your cottages. I think my first choice would be Apple Blossom. I love the touches of green in the bedroom, it goes so beautifully with the white walls and wood floors. Congratulations on a dream come true! God is good.
When I saw the first cottage kitchen with the brick, I knew that was my favorite! Then when I saw the second kitchen, I said THAT was my favorite! I think I’ll have to spend a week in each one before I can decide which one I like best. 😅 I love the fact they are each different from the other.
Your cottages are beautiful and will only become better as the landscape around them matures and becomes more natural looking. I love new but the timeless feeling that mature plants and trees give a dwelling is so comforting to me. Your own home has that feeling. Time will make that feeling happen and probably sooner than we all might think. I would love staying in one of your cottages if I didn’t live so far away.
