so you have any tips on sleep apnea??? have issues with that tried everything nose strips mouth guards diet etc please help exhausted during the day......thanks
Great show! A suggestion for you. I thought I was doing all the right things with coffee too. I didn't drink it after noon. My sleep just wasn't good, so i quit coffee altogether and started sleeping much better. some people can't process coffee very quickly in their system so any coffee will disrupt sleep.
Actually, I wish being too stressed to sleep would be my problem, that way I would at least use that time productively; my problem, instead, is the opposite: I shut down and get lethargic and sleepy under stress… can you guys have an episode explaining why this happens and how to counteract it instead?
I am an 90 year old lady, living alone, I have always had a hard time going to sleep, but now I stay awake all night. Right now I have had three night's wakefulness, I only wish someone could he me sleep all night long
I'm not your age, only 68 but I found myself staying up later and later because I didn't do much during the day. I stayed up 24 hrs and then went to bed at 11pm to reset my sleep cycle. Shut down computer at least an hour. I use melatonin 5mg under my tongue when I shut off computer and then read. Hope this helps~~
