Just make a decision to try. I used to astral project nightly at will as a child. Had no knowledge prior no training wasn't a yogi etc .. WE WERE MADE FOR THIS. REMEMBER IT. KNOW IT. DO IT

Kids are in a different state of mind - they are still open to EVERYTHING, have a much better working and not calcified PG and so much more, which allows kids to easily do it. It takes quite an effort for adults depending on their state of mind.

You should do a video. Because I’m debating a bunch of people who keep thinking astral projection is the same as lucid dreaming and I can’t get it thought to them they are wrong.
basically lay on your back, close your eyes, your brain gonna send a signal which will come as a itch or a reason to toss and turn , and that’s the indicator to see if your sleep or not, if your sleeping you won’t itch, so if you trick your brain by not itching it will put your body into a sleep state but your brain is still active, then your be induced into paralysis, then from there if you don’t astral project, your gonna either have very very vivid dreams and be able to lucid dream, and eventually one day your dream would start off as you looking at your body without noticing your actually looking at yourself, then if you get too scared and You might wake yourself up by accident because the excitement.
Indian yogis have been well versed about this techniques and it has been old age advanced yogic practice in India, however, I really appreciate the work of Vishen & I am a big fan and follower of him.

I've had an out of body experience years ago but didn't understand what had happened. I worked in the mental health field, it was during a training exercise with meditation and I have not been able to duplicate the experience again. I didn't have a name for it and when I explained it to others they thought that I was crazy. Thank you for the clarity.
It’s really a waste of time to talk to someone about it if they have not had the experience themselves. Of course they’re going to think you’re crazy. One time a religious friend of mine was telling me about a dream of falling and I said that’s just you falling back into your body. He got viciously angry and he’s someone I’ve never seen angry before.
I use to do this as a kid. I would look at myself sleeping. It made me laugh I thought it was just something fun to do. I tried to do it as an adult with no luck.

Whenever I was in the MRI machine I had an experience like this...I could hear my brain talking to myself I was so scared, I couldn't control my body or even feel myself. When I hear Beta and Theta sounds it reminds me of this.

My dad use to have to OBE’s when he was younger. It’s sounds like he went through sleep paralysis first as he would see headless soldiers & other scary things. He didn’t know what it was so wasn’t able to explore. I really hope I get to do it properly eventually. I’m doing a lot of guided meditations but will get Monroe’s books. Dad said like a lot have said that when he was out of body he saw the people who were sleeping had an astral body floating above the sleeping physical body so we must do it naturally all the time without remembering is my theory. I have had OBE's, but one thing got me. When he said, we are not in our bodies now. I have said on other posts, before I saw this only today..Sunday, 29/8/21..That we were never in our physical bodies. We never left home so to speak. I worked this out some time ago.

In fact in my conscious Astral Projection Travel group of 7, 3 of us can speak English I do speak English and spanish, another one is from Japan, another one from Mexico another one from Africa and the last one is from an indigenous tribe in the amazon, but we can comunícate between us with simple telepathy so the lenguage is not an obstacle.
I am also experiencing astral projections or obe... I believe we really exist in a multi dimension universe... I am also writing my every experiences... I am also thinking of publishing it as an ebook.. hope my experiences and book could help too

My purpose to astral project would be two things..one, to resolve issues with two wives who have passed on. One years ago and the other 9/1/2021. The other reason would be soul rescue. I have done this once years ago. To rescue souls trapped for whatever the reason.

He's written a 3-part 'Theory of Everything' that explains the nested realities we're immersed in, all due to the research he did while having OOBEs. A head's up. Part 3 (the third volume) is super dense and is only for the truly math minded. The first two will blow you away tho. Highly recommended.

I do Conscious Astral Projection travel since I learned 2 years ago after many experiences I understand that at least in my case I try all the TH-cam techniques about Astral projection but nothing works until it happens again spontaneously and I remember all the feelings and things that it happen and that I did before the separation of my physical body, and now I do conscious Astral Projection Travel in group we are 7 persons that we explore in the Astral dimension together and I would like to know if would you like to have a meeting with us in the Astral plane?! 😁

It's 01: 53. And I had my first astral projection about half an hour ago which came through lucid dreaming. I said in my dream " this is really good dream ! " then I was like holy shit I can astral project ! And with that I was standing over my bed looking down at myself. I was fully cognitive fully aware. Although my room was different , It was like an apartment store.

Not really sure if I astral projected in my sleep or not but this is what happened; I started shaking energetically in my dream and started flying in my old neighborhood. I then got scared because I gotta weird nostalgic feeling. I'm sure this was in a lucid dream because I then woke up and was still in a dream, then I actually woke up. Crazy whatever frequency I was vibrating on.
I’ve had the shaking feeling or like you’re in a vibrating energy. Usually can hear it ringing too. It’s usually in my room as falling asleep and I thought it was fits until I realised I could move around the room. You’re the first person to describe it like I’ve felt it 😮

Last time I had a successful astral projection did a prank, I used physical marker to draw on the wall of a friend's room, I even wrote things in their diary like "I was here". I wonder how that went since I don't communicate with this person for some time, we live in a different city as well.

What is the difference between lucid dreaming and astral travel?
I emailed Jade a couple of years ago, maybe more. I am a Brit, and live in Bulgaria. I.mentioned that I was interested in Astral Projection. I was a natural Astral projector. But many years ago I had a bad experience..and have never done it since. I didn't say what it was as it make put some people off. She invited me over to one of her courses but now bas then, because of personal commitments nthen my wife was very ill, now deceased. Now it's taking care of my 7 dogs, 4 of them strays. I also feed stray dogs. Point is, I would like to be able to project again, as my fear has gone, but can't go to any courses. Is there another way, were I don't need to be away from home ?

Good point. It's nonsense. Lucid dreaming has been proven scientifically, but not Astral Projection. I'm fairly sure that what people are experiencing during Astral Projection is just a really well-incubated, Wake Induced Lucid Dream (or "WILD"). Just look up the directions for WILD and Astral Projection and you'll see that they're... pretty much identical.

I was really intrigued by this conversation but got lost at the spoon bending part. When studying pseudoscience, Uri Geller was used as a case study as his famous spoon bending claims transpired to be no more than a cheap magicians trick, that you can now learn with a TH-cam tutorial. Shame as it’s made me question the other claims in this conversation. I really wanted to believe astral projection was more than a trick of the mind.
