It would be very good if in future you could do a comparison of ma long's topspin, backspin, and top+side/back+side serves side by side (or your own version) so we can see how he can disguise the spin! This is a perfect tutorial for his basic serve but its hard to learn the variations with this video!

Dạ một phần kỹ thuật này như vậy ạ, khi Anh mới tập chưa quen mình sẽ bị mỏi chân và mỏi lưng ạ.
Vì đặc thù phải cúi và gập người nhiều ạ.
Dần dần các nhóm cơ sẽ phát triển thích nghi với kỹ thuật Anh sẽ đỡ mỏi hơn ạ

Mình nghĩ thời điểm tiếp xúc bóng thì chân trái chạm đất rồi, động tác chuyển trọng tâm sang chân phải khi tung bóng chỉ để lấy thêm đà nhưng khi đánh bóng thì lấy chân trái làm trụ (lúc này chân trái chạm đất) như thế có lực hơn và tiện cho việc bật nhẩy về tư thế chuẩn bị.
Đó là quan điểm của mình, không biết có đúng không nhưng mà muôn đưa ra để phân tích kỹ hơn. Cảm ơn anh, video của anh rất tâm huyết.
