    If I had a choice of this truck or a brand new one I would want the 69.

      Well he’s got a 69 Grill in that one.. fact.. and that’s really the only difference.. no Really he’s got the wrong grill in that .. look it up if you think I’m lying.. cause that truck looks like a 69 ... ( because of the grill) again that’s all that changed

      That’s one thing I always thought about my 77 highboy, that the doors always sounded so hollow and tinny, so I took off the interior door panel, and I cut a piece of that thick felt sound deadening material or whatever you call it, and I put it against the outside door skin and taped it down all the way around the edges with that aluminum tape, and you would not believe how nice it sounded when you closed the doors. I couldn’t believe the difference! It was sweet!

    Fan Shroud Is For Cooling ... not safety.. I would say I put a shroud on so it cools properly... but that’s Me..I don’t know to much about this Mechycanical stuff.. thank goodness for auto crafters.. YOU DO NOT NEED FIRST GEAR IN THAT TRUCK... it’s a pulling gear not for the road. Like ever.. but again I don’t this stuff like you do...obviously. Ummm nice shift ball?... it’s an Extremely nice rig.. & that is sure as shit is not a 72 Grill.. 67/68 I Think.. I Would Just Tell People I Didn’t Know What A 1972 Grill Looks Like.. no I wouldn’t.., Cause I Do .. No Really. I know a 72 Grill From A 67-68.. & 70-71-AND 72 Are All Different.. but I don’t these truck thingys like You Do.. it’s a very nice 19?? F-250 well done.. I think I don’t know those thingys like you do..good luck & God Bless.. really

    • @bumpsideaddictionswithmarc3976
      @bumpsideaddictionswithmarc3976  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, of course, it's designed to help it cool. But these trucks (highboys) didn't come with one from the factory for some reason, so my own purpose is safety.

    Do you think you can help me fix mine😂 I have a 1970 ford f250 highboy and I can't wait to get it running.

    Oh this is a GREAT truck! Any idea where I might could get a dark navy dash pad, door cards, or door arm rests for a 69 f100 ranger? Been having a hard time locating replacements for these cracked pieces on my truck.

    Beautiful truck. Well done. I'm in the middle of a "dent-side" 74 Highboy restoration and can't wait to get it back on the road. What wheel and tire combination are you running? The truck I'm starting with had some poorly fitting knock off pro-comps on it and they of course need replacing. thanks

    Very nice truck. I'm restoring a 1970 f250 4x4 now. What part of Pennsylvania are you from? I live near Pittsburgh.

      If you're on Facebook he has a Ford truck group. Old Ford trucks restorations. It's pretty well documented there along with the Fixem your way.group

      There are three videos of this one. Not sure if you watched all of them. I'm thinking of a couple more of each of the ensuing trucks. Thanks.
