Not even best friend. Guts may have considered Griffith a friend, but Griffith only ever said and did whatever he needed to get Guts to do what he wanted. Griffith saying he wants an equal as his friend, and inadvertently inspiring Guts to leave him was an example of his manipulation backfiring
After spending a year being tortured, only knowing pain, losing all your human capabilities, living in the dark, losing all you have worked for in your whole live, not having any type of pleasurable experience, griffths just wanted to die man, he didnt wanted to be seen by his group members in such a disgusting and depradated state. He was weak and lost all the conditions to live by himself, this happening after him being able to achive his biggest victories, and maybe, he even could have become a king. I dont like griffth, he's now a member of Gods Hand, but he has a very, VERY bad past. 1 year of pure torture, many people cant compreehend how much hes been through. When he came out the torture chamber the only thing that passed his mind was suffering, and the only thing he wanted was survival and fulfilling his desires. Thats exactly what he did. Not to mention, the torturer probably played with the cut parts too, probably forced him a ton of times and when you get tortured to your face, it's really painful. And he was tortured in the parts where the nervous system is complex. Meaning, he had to experience a lot of pain

It sucks we will never get to see a proper ending for beserk. The Arthur passed away a couple years recently. Last time I checked the series was incomplete.. 😢
Its important to note that the only thing that kept him going during that time was guts. Imagine not only being physically tortured, but also mentally, because the only person you can think of is the person that (at least in your opinion) is responsable for all this. In the end it wasn't his dream that burned him, it was his obsession. For him everyone else were pawns. Tools that he can use to achieve his dream. When he realized that his most important tool will not be his pawn anymore, something in him snapped. For him it felt like he was losing control, like his plans are about to fail. Thats why he slept with the princess out of the blue. He searched comfort and wanted to regain the control he lost. He wanted to know that his plans are still working out and that everyone was listening to his will. After he was done he realized that this will not bring guts back, that he is not in control anymore and that his plans did really fail, which scared him.
All that Griffith had to do was not sleep with the kings daughter immediately after guts left, once crowned general and the band of the hawk made captains they would’ve had it made and then he could put the moves on her considering now he’s royalty. Or even kill the king after he’s general because the general takes the throne after the king dies I’m pretty sure, and or marry the princess after that. But Noooo man was so upset a dude wanted to leave that he threw it all away.

After a year of that kind of suffering, not even the strongest people can remain sane.
Guts did
@tommcan Upto lost children arc he is borderline psychopath but after millenium Falcon he genuinely became sane

@@SHAMIIZEN Bruh u saying like guts didn't nearly die every single day for 2 years? Remember the majesty especially told the torturer to keep Griffith alive. Guts was attacked with the intention to kill.

my bro when he gave the hello kitty girl a chance:
"Look who fell asleep first, prank him jhon"
Griffith got the funky town treatment
All bro had to do was not have a meltdown and sneak in to sleep with a 13 year old princess over his bestfriend wanting to write his own story. Griffith def didn’t deserve to go through what he went through but I’m not exactly sure what he expected.
Not even best friend. Guts may have considered Griffith a friend, but Griffith only ever said and did whatever he needed to get Guts to do what he wanted. Griffith saying he wants an equal as his friend, and inadvertently inspiring Guts to leave him was an example of his manipulation backfiring
He was not falsely accused of treason, he litterally invaded the Princess's room and slept with her 💀💀💀
Bruh the princess was in love with him. Griffith was just there because he felt abandoned after Guts left
he did kill the queen or something but how is him sleeping with charlotte treason
@@S.D.323 Imagine youre her father, the king, and on of the maids told that the knight you trusted is naked in the princess room
He definitely spite fckd her, he didn't care anymore after Guts completely toppled his world in that duel
He is a manipulator, but giving that much power for a person after that much horror was NOT going to be a pretty thing to see.
Everything that happens to griffith is a direct result of his own choices and words. Like every person needing an ambition.
hus fate us cruel
watching Beserk before studying medicine ---> watching Beserk after studying medicine. Hits different!
Has the best sob story but still find a way to be hated
And ppl still ask why bro wanna wreck havoc💀
I could never forgive him for what he did to Casca
Ah yes a Tuesday in the berserk world
"falsely accused of treason" isn't how I would put it.
Least gruesome event in Berserk
I remember before SOTE came out i was so dang sure Miquella was gonna come out in a gay Batman suit at the end after seeing his crazy Griffith arm in the base game.
Miquella is basically Griffith. They both look incredibly similar, and are both manipulative power-hungry individuals. Hell, Miquella even tried to become a god, much like Griffith wanted to have god-like absolute power.
@@Reed5016Miquella is nothing like Griffith lol
@@acoustic_. I just explained all the ways he is, my guy. I was being hyperbolic when I said they’re the same character. Obviously, they’re not. But there are similarities between the two.
@@Reed5016 calling Miquella power hungry is such a poor judgement of his character. At the end of the day, he believes he is doing the right thing, even sacrificing himself to ascend to godhood. Miquella is completely naive and selfless.
@@acoustic_. He’s still manipulative, and killed a lot of people to achieve godhood. With Griffith, we don’t even know his motivations for seeking power. Maybe he believed it was for the greater good of Midland, or maybe it was selfish. Maybe it was something more twisted. Who knows. What we do know is that Miquella and Griffith both sought god-like power, they both look similar, and they both are manipulative and have done crazy things to obtain that power. Though it can definitely be debated which of them is worse (I’m going on a limb, and saying Griffith is significantly worse).
dont rly blame griffith for popping his ult but the actions he did is not redeemable 💀💀💀
Bro was not falsely accused 💀💀💀
That blew my mind when he said that 😂😭
Right? The hell is wrong with him?😂
Why was he rightfully accused?
@@souravsarkar4459 Sexually abusing the princess, as she clearly didn’t consent

Average Tuesday in berserk
Sounds like a diddy party
Nah😭
Just because of that stupid ass king, who can't keep his eyes away from his own daughter and was jealous of another man..... Griffith broke beyond repair and finally chose his deepest and darkest side.
Ps: I am not taking Griffith's side either.....
still doesnt justify anything he did, not to mention guts went through similar experiences if not worse but is still didnt give up
Nah, guts had it much worse.
Damn... even how he was born was beyond messed up
@@jamestomlin5525 griffiths torture was worse, guts is atleast a functioningperson still, griffith had 0 chance of ever recovering not to mention its implied the torturer raped him

Bro I'm ot tryna be that guy but this is 1000x worse than anything guts has ever felt. Imagine getting your tendons cut, that alone is more than enough to make you feel pain. Not to mention, the torturer probably played with the cut parts too, probably forced him a ton of times and when you get tortured to your face, it's really painful. And he was tortured in the parts where the nervous system is complex. Meaning, he had to experience a lot of pain
Well, no one wins when we play the suffering Olympics.
صل على النبي ، واستغفر الله😊
Wdym “falsely” accused of treason 😭
Griffith didn't know where the money was
No wonder he went insane after that 💀
Falsely accused man was caught red handed
He had nothing to lose so he went above and beyond to what was the only option for power, becoming Evil at it's finest.
Falsely is a reach, he did defile the princess lol.
And orchestrated two assassinations one of which was accidental but still
But is that already Treason?
I mean, they weren't wrong in accusing him of treason
Great Message. The part where you mentioned without integrating you’ll never be comfortable in your own skin. Very true. I feel that way as well. It’s also just fun. I am free from my own actions
As much I hate to say it I feel sorry for him but that doesn't justify for starting the Eclipse

It sucks we will never get to see a proper ending for beserk. The Arthur passed away a couple years recently. Last time I checked the series was incomplete.. 😢
Funky town incident ahh torture
Esdeath will be proud of this
Its important to note that the only thing that kept him going during that time was guts. After he was done he realized that this will not bring guts back, that he is not in control anymore and that his plans did really fail, which scared him.
just a normal Tuesday in the berserker world

All that Griffith had to do was not sleep with the kings daughter immediately after guts left, once crowned general and the band of the hawk made captains they would’ve had it made and then he could put the moves on her considering now he’s royalty. Or even kill the king after he’s general because the general takes the throne after the king dies I’m pretty sure, and or marry the princess after that.
