- This might be my new favorite thing?? I've used cuticle remover before but this one was a lot more hydrating than others like the Sally Hansen or the Butter London one - it has Jojoba oil which I know is very moisturizing for your skin and nails, and as we all know, hydrated nails are happy nails. I don't know if this would work as well if my cuticles were very overgrown and I don't really want to grow them out a lot to see because I try to maintain and keep them nice - but if y'all want me to, I'll get my husband or a friend to let me film their cuticles and we'll do some further testing:)

about the “don’t buy something you can’t pronounce” thing, i just want to remind everyone everything has a scientific name! it’s absolutely fine to buy products with long ingredient names, as long as you look up what X word means and understand how it effects your body it’s all okay :) don’t stop yourself from trying new things just because of a name, just do your research❤️

Remember that most cuticle removers need to be “deactivated” with water. Repeated use of solvents improperly can cause some larger nail issues and skin sensitivities ❤
That's so good to know!! I've been using one for about a year now and usually just wipe with alcohol and move on. I wonder if washing off with water will improve overall nail health!

Can you share your nail tools (like the cuticle pusher thing and others you use to prep your nails) and whether metal ones are okay to use?
I bought this and I actually really liked it!! I also think it applies on my cuticles well like without being super messy.
Glad you liked it too! And yeah it came out quickly so I accidentally used a bit much 😅 but my skin felt soooo nice afterwards
I try not to be a product junkie and running out to purchase new stuff. My favorite is California Mango cuticle softener which works in 1 minute. I use it even with polished nails between manis so I don't have a lot to do the next time. I also use the oil and it smells so good. Both will cost less than $10 at Sally.

I picked it up at Sally's while running errands to give it a shot, and I am in love! It's fabulously easy to use, and, the cuticle oil smells fantastic! And the little mango leaf in the bottle is too precious!!! 🥭

I love that stuff ! My daughter had really tough cuticles super overgrown always cracking along the sides and the tops we started using that product along with their cuticle oil which I definitely recommend that company is phenomenal

this is one of the first videos ive seen on the internet where the background music, is actually in the background??? most tiktoks/reels/shorts these days have captions so its less and less of a problem for me, but often times theyre autogenerated by the video editor app or the app itself and incorrect so as someone who is hard of hearing it is so incredibly lovely to be able to hear the narrator's voice not being drowned out by the music ♥️ ps licensed nail tech here and your nails are always so beautiful :)

It’s actually a cuticle serum from O&J - it’s more lightweight than oil so I usually use it for videos when I don’t want my hands to look oily:) and I’ll definitely let you know how it lasts!

You don't need much at all, i like the cuccio creams and cuticle oil (the rest of the products like polish, gel,etc of the brand suck but their skincare is top tier)

Absolutely - moisturizing regularly has been key for me. I use a cuticle pusher probably once a week and moisturize with a light hand lotion like Cera Ve + some Bliss Kiss cuticle oil daily. I’ll use a liquid cuticle remover like the one in the video or the one by Blue Cross. Maintenance is key if you don’t want them to go back to being crusty/overgrown. :) I hope this helps!
