I did early admission this past fall and applied to Laurier, Guelph, Western, Nipissing, Ottawa, and TMet on November 27 and got all of my confirmations between November 29th and December 16th, many of them on the same day. I was wanting to film a decision reaction but went scrolling through my email one day, bored, and ended up finding out 3 of the 6 at once and missed the chance. Even if you were worried about your reactions, I'm glad you got the chance to film! I'll be heading to Western for a BA this fall, and it's nice to see someone else already in attendance, even if I'll never meet you :)
hey! my admission average was in the high 90s and I did a few ECs, but for my year the rotman process only required a video application, so I don’t think ECs were that big of a deciding factor. good luck :)
@@rachparis how come they only required a video application and EC’s didn’t matter, Was this due to Covid? Also how do you think the value of EC’s has changed from then till now
@@capricefn9563 I’d recommend checking out details on this year’s supplementary application here: rotmancommerce.utoronto.ca/future-students/our-supplemental-application/
congrats!! the queens concurrent education program is my dream program :) i'm aiming to get into it rn, but i've heard it's very competitive? what were your extra curriculars & did u have to submit a supplementary essay?
thank you!! queens con ed is a super great program but also competitive for sure, I personally didn’t submit an essay so it was mostly based on marks!! i think there was an optional essay for special consideration, I would recommend checking the queens website for more details!! good luck, you got this :)
Hey! Ivey is a business school at Western University that begins in third year - I would recommend checking out this website if you’re interested in learning about advanced entry opportunity (aeo): www.ivey.uwo.ca/hba/admissions/high-school-students/
hi! my average was in the high 90s, but most of the programs I applied to just needed high 80s/low 90s to be competitive. each program is different though so I would recommend checking the grade requirements for the program/uni you’re interested in. don’t stress, you got this :)
