How was your experience with Geo2160 healthy cities?
@@MonaryMenos hey it wasn’t too bad, I personally didn’t find the content too interesting (a lot about access to public transportation, pollution, etc.) but I took it because there’s no exam - keep in mind there’s 3 “quizzes” worth 20% each with 20 Qs each, so I wouldn’t recommend it as a bird course (try looking into psych, polisci if you can get in)

Heyy can I still eat at other residence dining halls besides the one that im assigned to? Like if I don’t want to dine at Essex, am I able to dine at Ohall? I’ve heard for the most part that students can dine anywhere but I saw somewhere else that said they sometimes restricted students from other residences from eating there (maybe because it’s too popular?)- I’m not sure if this is true though.
hey! yes you can eat in any residence even if it’s not your own :) for me at least, they only restricted students past 8pm on weekends just to prevent too many students in one building
hi rachel if you could go back in time would you choose western again? i got deferred from rotman into uoft social science but i love toronto😭 on the otherhand i have bmos (ivey awaiting + not sure london excites me but im into business) so i literally can’t choose. thank you😭
hi!! omg i totally understand - i was also strongly considering uoft because i wanted to be in the city. london is obviously not as big as toronto but the campus is pretty spread out and i chose it because it’s larger than other unis (ex. queens). i think the western campus (esp ivey building!) is actually really pretty - i’d definitely choose it again. another thing is that you’ll most likely be working in toronto full-time, and i think it’s nice spending your uni years in a small town. at the end of the day your program is what’s most important - hope that helps and good luck with your decision :)

I heard that there was an average requirement in order to receive one of our top 3 choice buildings (and room styles) is this true? And what average was required?
92% average, it comes with an entrance scholarship that every student gets if they hit that 92 average.
@@dominicjean-noel6868 I emailed them and apparently they don’t offer it anymore based on grades
