Hi, can you help me please, my printer used to work fine then stopped suddenly, I only used it twice, Wi-Fi connection was fine. Now it won’t connect to the internet at all and I got a usb connection from the printer to my laptop and still not working. I bought the printer used it twice and I have not been able to use it for over 6 months. I really need it now. It’s the same printer in your video. Thank you

Same problem, I’m so close to buying another one.. I only used it a few times. I have a new WiFi password now it won’t do anything. I reconnected it to the usb which it use to work, now it’s offline and I can’t figure out how to put it online. I have hp 6520 something like that.

Absolutely waste of money and time ....customer service gives one excuse after other, n store won't take it back even have receipt. 135$ plus warranty extra
