I used this cleaner for 2.5 yrs total. In that period i had to change battery and motherboard. Spend around 10000. After 2.5 yrs it has completely stopped efficient vacuum. Now i can use only for mopping. Vacuum unit cannot be replaced. Not worth if u consider this time period.
Do we need to charge it contunuously or we can turn it off wwhen its gets charged completely?..

Nice video. I bought one recently. Did not work even for one day. Engineer came after three days, but he could not repair it. He promised replacement. Waiting for more than ten days now. They could deliver the faulty product in three days after booking, but can't replace the lemon even after ten days. Poor quality control and worse customer support!!

I have purchased Mi.Robo vaccume cleaner in December 2021. Now from August I am facing some software issues in robot vacuum mop. P it is forgetting to clean ,it is only making border line and going back to charge. And so many issues. It is not even mopping in y pattern. And so many issues in mopping. I have to keep on watching the robot if it is cleaning or not. I have complained to customer care but still my problem is not resolved

Agar shiny surface dry hai toh koi problem nahi aati hai. Ye minutest dust particles ko bhi utha kar floor ko sparkling clean kar deta hai. Kaamwaali bai se kahin zyada achhe se safayi hoti hai.

Their Vaccum Mop looks like a scam. I purchased one a couple of years back with extended warranty. Last year when it was under extended warranty, it stopped working and is with Service Center for last 13 months. They don't even have a battery to replace in the MOP. And ofcourse now they want money from me for repairs as extended warranty has expired even though the equipment was taken for repair when extended warranty has not lapsed. I have all the relevant documents with me, can you assist in covering a video on same which can assist in taking a wiser decision from other customers whether to go ahead with purchase or not. Just to reiterate once again, my point is not equipment going bad, it can happen with any machine, issue is customer support system here. They have provided no response on National Consumer Forum as well for 6 months post which query had to be closed unanswered.
It’s mopping is too bad,for vaccum cleaning its good but some small spaces where it can’t go will left unclean.
A robot Cleaning house looks magical 🤔
