No it's international center room's balcony. I could not see permanent student rooms.

Not at all. The chimneys you see is outside in the city far off. This was a view from my balcony that overlooks the city.

It's JSR brother, it's one of the major industrial cities in India for obvious reasons you'll see chimneys!
