My stomach literally cant handle almost anything, just very few legumes. Soybeans, lentils, beans overall just destroys me because of my IBS.

Subway is what happens when a corporation sees a local salad bar and thinks “we can do that, but that meat is too good, that salad has too much costly flavour and why waste money in dairy when we can just use watered down sauces to cover our cheapness”. The main upside is the bread, the toasting and that there’s one almost everywhere
Well, that might be the case for the place fauna is at tbh. In India there's a huge variety of vegetarian options available for us in subway or any other fast food brand, hell, even kfc has vegetarian options even if they are very few, this is because majority of the country is vegetarian.

You don't get that veggie patty. You just order the veggie delight with basically every topping, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, and you end up with a surprisingly tasty salad sandwich with a lot of satisfying crunch from the pickles and cucumbers. Wouldn't bother with the cheese since it kinda dulls the flavor of the various vegetable toppings. It's the ONLY thing I'll order from Subway and I'm not even vegetarian. I don't trust their meats, nor will I trust Kronii who won't even embrace the Subway motto to "Eat Fresh".
I feel bad for any country where Subway is considered a good option for sub sandwiches. Even in countries where people say they like them, they get all sorts of stories about being less than 50% meat in their chicken, or so much sugar in bread that it’s technically cake etc. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel where Fauna lives, with SOOO Many better options both in terms of nationwide chains and small local shops. Kronii only likes Subway so much recently because of the huge meme ad blitz on K-dramas with all the product placement.
As a European, it hurts my soul to see the f-ed up bread with all that added sugar. People who've only ever ate that mass produced trash fastfood chain/discount supermarket bread are missing out so much. My local bakery offers sandwiches as well, with fresh ingredients and freshly baked bread of various wholegrain varieties, which are quite literally infinitely more delicious and nutritious while only being a little more expensive.

I've made one before. It's not terrible, just bland. It's mostly bread, with blended vegetables mixed in. Adding salt makes it more bearable.
