(I’ve laid a bit of block work myself, but I’ve got to say your guys are on another level to me!) Heartfelt compliments to you for an absolutely stunning transformation. Whatever your customer paid, they’ll get that back “double” in raised house without doubt..Live long and prosper Odell 🖖
Awesome video. this coming saturday I start my first ever paver job. Do you use polymer sand or regular sand at the end to lock it into place. also.. on average how much does the pavers go down when finally compacting
Maybe I'm just kinda dumb, but how do those property line work there? Seemed like the back yard went all the way to the neighbors house, and was the front yard split or was that all one persons yard too? Do they do that to give bigger grassed areas, like one person gets the whole left side between houses and that shuffles down? If that makes sense. Maybe I'm just not seeing it correctly.
Spent ages putting down the first wall slabs/bricks, then basically just threw the next two setback/stepped layers on without caring about the integrity/flow of the front line. Bricks not all equal width or did I miss something? Still enjoyed the video ;o)
I wonder why they didn't want to bring out the back wall flush at its widest point to make it all straight the entire length instead of having those zigzags in it? Looks great though.
The pavers looked great after compacting, and 10 fold after the sod went in green side up 😁. Nice work to the entire team.

I got same exact pavers but I did 4" slab them sand/gravel then pavers
What great idea to move 6” thick stable concrete and replace it with pavers

Do you save the old rebar for other projects or do you recycle it?

I don't get how the retaining wall stays with no mortar 🤷♂️
