Just wondering if the place to lube the hardware would be on the surface that actually touches the pads that should move over the hardware..instead of the hardware mating to the caliper which should not move? Also, are you sure it is ok to get that brake clean on the rubber parts when spraying or will it degrade the rubber? Thanks for the fine work on procedure!

Shiouldnt you take the brake fluid cap off for pushing the piston back in? It'll get very messy if you don't relieve pressure.
