Building only started in like the 80s. There wasn't much there before that.

@@TheShaverGroup thanks for the reply sir. I understand because I'm actually from FL.. South Florida in the northern part of The Everglades. I actually helped build many of the roads (from swamp to limerock base with 'slag' topping) so that realtors could sell the property legally (quarter acre lots?) Before all of the over development there was a lot of natural beauty. Regarding gentrification you must already know that is when people from other areas move into a new area and the prices become out of reach for 'most' locals. I grew up there and I remember if you were in a developed Community a very beautiful home could be had for 100 to 150k. Now you know it's difficult to find even a somewhat run down house for that.
