She had a recurrence in her lungs about a year later. That caused another round of chemo. I wanted you to know that she is doing great with 7 years NED! She is more of a sister to me and I thank God that I still have her. Prayers for a complete recovery for you.

The pavers looked brand new, freshly laid! And the house looked like it had just been painted! Then there was Jack, in the outro, putting his great skills and talents to work on your new van!! He is so meticulous and does a great job. And that van!!! Such a pretty color and an improvement over the last one, for sure. That should make your life easier! Theo and Arthur were their usual charming selves. 🥰🥰 Oh! Almost forgot! I vote a huge YES to some videos of your regular work as well when you can work them in. We need more Ben days in our lives!

When first watching your channel I thought the ‘grime line’ was a video gimmick to demonstrate to viewers what a difference your job makes to the appearance of the property. I realized today it real benefit to marketing your work. When the homeowners see the dramatic change between the older grimy surface to the clean, they will talk about it to co-workers and neighbours and generate new business for you. Go, Ben!
You and your Dad and the other people that help are good guys. Sometimes I need to be reminded that there are good people in the world, you give me that and I thank you for it.

Great job! I feel bad for the homeowner in that, as you were working the pavers, it was obvious the whole area needs to be re-graded so water doesn't pool back around the house but flow into the street...but at least it looks great now!

First look...a major loss in color and probably a fair amount of sludge from moss. It was fun to see what some of the color will become as you cleaned the edges. Your intro showed piles of muck being shoveled. Nice teamwork, as Joe stepped in to start brooming-out a backlog of water. Great Grime Line. Near the finish, squeaky-clean windows, no grime and being resanded. That place looks quite new. Glad you are enjoying tinkering with a new van.

I did not know watching someone pressure wash driveways and patios could be so lovely and amazing. I'm astounded by the work you do and how often you're doing it alone!! Also, thank you for sharing your beautiful family with us. Your children are absolutely adorable.
