Just wanted to tell you, that you, AP and Al Bladze inspired me to start helping others. I was kind of on vacation (from Michigan) in Florida at my mother-n-laws sitting on her porch reading and enjoying the warm weather when her neighbor came out and started raking up leaves in her yard. I had to ask if she needed help, got a rake and lent a hand. Raking led to trimming the tree and picking up afterwards. She told me I had renewed her faith in America, she was born in England and came here some 40 years ago. She told me in the 15-20 years she had been living in Florida and doing a lot of work around her place by herself no one had ever offered to help before. She was very thankful. Thanks for what you do Sean.

Another great cleanup ❤ Quit worrying about the edging. Don't trash your edger on frozen ground. I love the broom. That does a great joɓ and saves some of that backbreaking work. I can't believe how many stopped on this video. All positive ❤ Have a great rest of the week and stay warm!!!

In my township, the home owner is responsible for the upkeep of the side walks around their house.

Another amazing transformation! The fact that you are working on these yards and sidewalks when the ground is frozen adds to the good deed. I was jaw-dropped when you used the power sweep after shoveling the sidewalk. What a dramatic difference that tool makes! It's rewarding to see it cleaned up, but even more so that the neighbors and local workers appreciate it.

Your work today was jaw-dropping! And the homeowner and neighbors knew you were special, they were so appreciative, and it was so nice of them to stop andtalk to you.
dog treats work great to quiet the pups. Had that same issue with the new neighbor dogs barking at me whenever I was outside. With the use of treats they don't bark, now they just whine for more every time I'm out. Love what you do.
I would be afraid to feed ANYTHING to someone else's pets. You'd be surprised at what some owners would do for $$$. I hope he is insured. Besides, some owners only feed grain free.
@@teret6719 That's where it's good to get to know the neighbors as well as their pets. I don't have dogs, but I have tons of dog treats for my neighbor's dogs. Now, I'm the neighbor who has keys to their houses in case they get stuck out of the house for too long and the dogs need to be let out, or if they plan on an overnight somewhere they can't take the dogs. Unfortunately, I know not everyone can have great neighbors that they can talk to, but the first step is to BE the neighbor who the others can count on to be a good neighbor.

It's really not advisable to use a pressure washer in the colder weather Sean has, though I have recently seen a different channel that was doing lawn care demonstrating a new steam pressure washer, the pressure washer manufacturer had added a air chuck fitting to the pressure washer pump to blow water out of the pump after being used, I'd like to see all pressure washer pumps have that fitting on all new washers sold, as that could lengthen the pump's life span, but the pump manufacturer won't do that because it would mean that the pump lasts longer so fewer pumps would be sold

It's great! The thing with this one is that it isn't just about being able to walk on the sidewalk; with all that huge brush in the way sight lines were blocked. That really increases the danger because with that park right there motorists don't have enough time to see kids popping out in front of them (or the guy on the scooter!) and it was the perfect blind spot to snatch a kid! Now with it all wide open the neighbors are watching!!! Better for everyone ❤

Love your videos Sean. If you don’t mind I had a couple of questions for you.
1. Did you consider asking the owner of this property whether he would allow you to cut some of the trees along the fence line on his side of the fence?
2. Have you considered going back to the locations of a few of your previous videos to show how the areas look now? I have a feeling that it might be a bit of a mixed bag. Some might still look good, others not as good.
Again greatly appreciate your efforts on behalf of your neighbours and fellow citizens. The world, and especially the US need this right now.

Wow!! That was an insane amount of work in the freezing cold weather Sean!! The picture on Google Earth where it shows the bushes like 20ft high was insane! I cannot believe you actually got that cleaned up and looking somewhat respectable now! Those trees/bushes had been left to grow for what looks like decades, I'm guessing 30-40 years judging by how thick those trunks are, but I'm no expert. There was sooo much trash too! Big respect to you for picking as much of it up as you could since it was frozen into the ground! It was really heartwarming to see how many people stopped by to say thank you on that busy street! The neighbors really appreciated all of that hard work you did to improve their neighborhood. It was an absolute blast seeing the power sweep going to town on that job not once, but TWICE. I really love that tool and I think it does a phenomenal job. I'm so glad you got one and I can't wait to see you use it in all of your future videos. I feel sorry for the two neighbours who tried to wrangle the area back under control but couldn't as they didn't have the right tools available to them. So thankful that you've been able to 'reset it', as you described it, - and despite the frozen ground. Now those gentlemen will find it so much easier to keep under control and tidy. Thank you.
