I love Jack in the Box tacos! Not only are they good, but you have to work at eating them too..... (holding them just right in their little paper, squeezing the taco sauce on the surface of each bite, trying not to drip the grease and sauce down the front of you all the while trying to convince yourself that warm lettuce and american cheese on a taco is a "good" thing)... they're addicting and fun to eat!

Flying from Indianapolis to LAX over the summer I got some amazing pictures of the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam from the sky. It was incredible watching the landscape change from the Midwest grass and farms to eventually the mountains and desert, then see the Pacific Ocean before landing in LA. Unfortunately our flight home was a red eye so I mostly saw the inside of my eyelids.
My how things have changed over the years. I used to love to fly and had never had a JitB taco. Don't remember where, but I definitely heard good things about the those awesome crunchy tacos and was not disappointed when finally I tried one. So different from other fast food tacos. As far as flying goes, it's not what it used to be. Way back in the day, you could travel between Oakland and LAX for $13.50 on PSA Airlines. I lived about 35 minutes from the Oakland Airport and on whim on decided to make a day trip to Disneyland. I left my house 50 minutes before the flight, parked directly across from the terminal, made the flight. Today it would take at least 2 1/2 hours from home, parking, buy a ticket, security for the honor of being stuffed into the plane like a sardine.
My first ever tacos were my first ever Jack in the Box. My cousin took us to Astroworld in 1968, on our way from Georgetown, TX, back to Lafayette, Louisiana, where they were living. In the middle of acres and acres of bare land, and huge parking lots, there was a little Jack in the Box, which we had heard ridiculed on the Tonight Show. I ordered two tacos--I could have asked for more, but I only asked for two--but by the time we reached the Mexican village in Astroworld, I needed more tacos! They are good. Taco bell is better, and real tacos are better still, but I like all of them. Not the gummy tacos, though.
Jack in the Box is the first place my hubs and I stop when we get to Arizona. His mom gets so mad cuz she has a full spread waiting for us and we come in with nasty Jack-in-the-Box tacos. They are So bad, they are delicious! I send my hubby a screenshot of this video this afternoon and he was so mad. LOL 2 months til we get ours. Mmmmmmm Enjoy! The mini ones are pretty good too. I recognized the taco in the thumbnail. Lol This video made me do some research on Jack in the Box ~ they are only in 21 states! I had no idea and no idea it wasn't in Florida! I grew up in San Jose, CA where there's like a gazillion locations so I didn't even think about everywhere they might not be!
I would be interesting to know how many times a day people ask what you filming. Like the person sitting right next to you on the plane. Keep up the good work we enjoy listening to you as you go on travels.

That happened on a flight I took from NYC to Houston to visit my sister years ago. The captain of the flight made a smooth touchdown and everyone applauded. Me and my parents thanked the captain on the way out.
Thank you for this video. I fly and have flown in airplanes at least a dozen times but I am terrified of heights SO I NEVER look out the window. Your video has a great view of the sky. Never stop dancing. I am going to keep on dancing, even if it is in my soul.

Adam, pre-check is 100% worth it. I got it in 2019 with the plan to travel a lot in 2020, and even though I haven’t used it as much as I like, it’s worth it every time
Hi Adam. I always love your airport/flying videos. They are almost like a tutorial. I feel like I could navigate my way onto a flight, if I ever get lucky enough to go on one. I consider myself lucky to go to the Wal-mart that is 8 miles down the road. Enjoy LA. Be safe.

What a long travel for me who live abroad😅! it takes only 2.30 hours to get to South Italy from my country...And plus, when you arrive at the airport it is not the same hour...Of course I knew it but when you live in a small country it is impressive ! I live near Chicago and I miss JB. When I was a kid, there was one a few blocks from me. I would love me some tacos and a chocolate shake. Now, I have to go to St. Louis to get some of those tacos and a Jumbo Jack. BK has some tacos that kind of resemble JB tacos, not as good, but when you get a craving, they are better than nothing.
27:15 I worked at Jack. I read the ridiculously long ingredients list on the taco packaging. Basically the meat is a soy product with beef broth. AND I LOVE THEM!!!
I don’t know why I do it, but every time I fly ( always American), I point my phone to the window and document the take-offs and landings. Just interests me to watch it back later on.
Might I suggest that while you are visiting CA that you take us out to Huntington beach and perhaps around San Diego. It is so beautiful those areas. It has been awhile since I made it out but love the areas.
That's great that you met and got to talk with that guy from DotD .. the one thing I recall the most from that movie is the zombie with his arm in the blood pressure cuff lol .. glad you had a safe travel time to the LAX. . I always think of that airport like flying into a football stadium in the middle of all those mountains and seeing DL off to the side from it when I had my red eye flight there 26 yrs ago 😳.. have a great time m hoping for some Daphne vlogs

I love Jack in the box! In my part of the country, back in the 80's or early 90's, Jack killed a bunch of kids and older people with E Coli and we no longer have Jack in the Box.

I literally came within a foot of bumping into him a few years ago in front of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland as I was walking by. I looked up and there he was! We said hi and I got a selfie with him as my embarassed daughter walked away. 🤣

Adam you should go to Castle Park in Riverside and see their Halloween horror mazes, known during this season as Castle Dark. You and Spencer went there during the pandemic when most of it was shut down, but now everything is open and their mazes are intense!

When I've flown, the Captain would tell us what city we were flying over. That snack looked good.
I stayed in a Motel in Stanton for a week and had a Jack in the Box right beside me, so of course we had it a lot.
I lived on JIB tacos for many years when I worked night shifts and they were the only place nearby that was open.

You have to go through Chicago and then D C. Did it twice 2004 and 2006. Takes about 5 days. Many delays, but fun.

Adam you should go to Castle Park in Riverside and see their Halloween horror mazes, known during this season as Castle Dark. You and Spencer went there during the pandemic when most of it was shut down, but now everything is open and their mazes are intense!
