    You can now use TRAX instruments to make sample packs
    It's with great pride we announce that effective from June 1, 2023, all F9 playable instruments and kits have been granted license for usage in the development of audio loops. These loops can be included in commercial sample packs designed for your personal use, your individual sampler store, or for third-party platforms such as Loopcloud, Splice, Arcade, NI sounds and more. There's only one restriction to bear in mind: the midi. When creating for these releases, you must compose original musical or rhythmic parts and avoid using any midi or musical motifs from this or any other F9 release.
    This updated licensing term now encompasses stem creation and "track-outs," which are frequently seen in beat marketplaces. It also applies to ghost production and collaborative projects. Our goal is to provide you with even greater flexibility and creative potential in your music production endeavours.

    This 3-parter was just literally the best master class I have watched in a very long time!! Thank you James. One of the best takeaways was always making sure the mix sits well in simple balancing and controlling the gain on elements. Such a simple and powerful workflow. ;)

    This is a very good video, one of the best I have seen and really well explained, something most video makers are unable to do. Refreshing that you mostly use live sounds and only Logic plugs...would love to hear what you could do on something more original...but I just can't afford ya!....anyway...all best

    Excellent stuff. It's interesting seeing all the EDM guys going straight to 2 buss, with very few intermediary busses. It has its advantages but what you gain in simplicity, you lose in control. one of music production's many little paradoxes

    • @F9Audio
      @F9Audio  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We always recommend a simple route like this for Electronic Club material - As it's normally way more bass heavy in terms of Drums and bass parts ( and in particular the tail length of kick drums ) having tons of group compression then master compression can often cause more problems then it solves ... I used to use all sort of grouping and sub grouping plots till I heard the best mix of my own material I'd ever had done for me - The engineer then taught me about all the problems I was causing myself .. I've not looked back ... As a lot of Young producers work in EDM Its important to show them an easy workflow instead giving them more headaches when they've often not grasped Gain staging and management yet

    • @Locrian1
      @Locrian1 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      F9 Audio, yeah, simpler is often betterer!. When you see the film score guys with 1000+ tracks, sent to a computer somewhere, then sent back on just as many returns, you realise why most film scores sound "generic" these days. "library management" has all but replaced "good composition" (imho)
      I'm gonna get your sounds at some stage, they're excellent, just, in the vein of keeping it simple, I'm holding off for the moment.
