If I use a separate domain, will it be odd that the domain in the email won't match the link to the company website? Would love to see a video on what your funnel looks like (emails, opens, clicks, responses, etc.). May be worthwhile want to inform watchers on properly registering and warming-up emails to stay out of spam as well.
Love the question. As long as you reply as if everything is normal, we haven’t seen any issues. And yes, there’s certainly more to this. Right now we cover the whole process inside of Janitorial Millionaire.
@awesomenoah0497 glad to help! Constant Contact is great if someone gives you their email (e.g. customers, quote requests, prospects that gave followup permission, your newsletter, etc). But if you’re reaching out to someone for the first time via their email, and they’ve never met you, then Constant Contact will frown on that and possibly shut down your account. That’s where the other services listed come in.
@AZHomeAdvisors thanks for the encouragement. And Yes! This month there will be multiple videos about staffing. However, a specific one on W2 vs 1099 hasn't been filmed yet. It's now on the list and it will come out in June! I love the requests. Thanks for asking!
Hey Matt, new sub here. Particular question pertaining to the email domain. Can I reach out with the email from another user on my domain, and if not why? Wouldn't it be weird if I am reaching out with a different domain when cold emailing only to later on connect with my actual business domain? Hence the example you presented. Furthermore, if we do use another separate domain, are there any conceptual recommendations you can give that can present a more professional approach? Thanks man. You've helped me and so many more people I'm sure with these insightful videos.
Great questions! For your first question, yes, you can set things up so that you can reach out from another user. Depending on your setup, you can continue talking via that one, or you can answer via a central domain. I’ve seen both methods work with regards to differing emails and users. As for the latter part of your question, a simple way is to use one part of your name, and then add either janitorial, services, commercial, etc.
D7 and Outscraper both get a lot of “info” emails because they scrape Google maps profiles. They are the lowest cost of the options though, so if you don’t want to try the more expensive ones (which get more decision makers) then use the last outreach template to find the person when you email the “info” emails
@mikemg2960 Glad to answer! ZoomInfo has been very accurate in our experience as well as Apollo.io and Lusha. Your middle of the road options would be SalesQL (for scraping linkedin), Discover Data and DataAxle USA.
Also how much do you spend on subscriptions a month for this in general? Becuase cos know it’s recommended to be sending from one domain which has 3 different emails

Wow, this is gold!
I hope it helps!
New sub here, thanks for all the info. Learning a lot already 👍
@partybling3579 thanks for being here! I’m glad you’re learning! Got another one coming out later today too.
Another great video thank you! Will you be doing any videos talking about hiring, and pros/cons of staffing W2 vs 1099?

Great video! can I use a subdomain or do you advise to just make a new domain and email?
Honestly, I’ve never tried a subdomain, but I believe you would still need to make a new domain

@@CommercialCleaningCEO Got it. Thanks man!
My pleasure!
In those outreach templates do i mention my position and company name at the end of the email?
Ex.
Best regards,
[Position]
[Company name]
@hustlerinspiration999 you absolutely can. The technical term for this is your “Email Signature”
I have d7 lead finder, the only thing is most of the emails are like info@ ect. How do you find an acctual decision makers email?

We have about 100 emails right now we send from and 25 domains. So that's around $800/month.
