Hi Nicole! Apologies for the delay. We got hit hard here in Asheville from the hurricane. To answer your question, I do not recommend any degrees specifically. I have a business management degree but it's not truly needed. Regarding certifications, it's helpful to be Bloodborne Pathogen certified, which can be done through the Red Cross online or other sites. You can also find Terminal Cleaning programs for cleaning operating rooms. There are things beyond those, like hospital EVS management certifications, but you only need those if you're going to go for specific scenarios.
I have a question. I am trying to get into dental or dr office. I saw your calculation of 1500-1800 sq per hour for medical facilities. But I want to know if you would send. a cleaner for 1 hour or minimum 2 hours even though the place is small
@@esperanza4317 I don't tell them I'm billing for 3 hours. I tell them my minimum prices $XYZ. My minimum hours are built in to that. No matter how small the account is, you'll have travel, supplies, management, overhead & insurance, and of course the cleaning.
