No way the car beat the bike up that hill. 3.5 seconds and double the time of the bike? Yeah no chance. Guy with the stopwatch really wanted the car to win.
@@CrazyMotorcycleGuy funny the guy said "couldnt do that again if you tried" lol yeah cause it didnt happen the first time 🤣🤣 chris is too nice i'd would of 100% called bullshit on that lol
Some people are taking this far too seriously 😂😂 was just 2 channels collabing and having a laugh. Chris, the way you can ride a bike makes the rest of us look like newbies 😂
Yeah, they cocked up. I timed the SUV at 9.17 secs and GSXR at 8.28 secs! I realise there may be editing issues on the video (for my timing) but no way was it under 4 secs!!!
What dark magic does Chris use to park that bike on the sidestand? I've seen bikes topple on hot Tarmac, yet the Gixxer stays upright on this brown putty!
Gotta love the way CarWow stipulated that Chris must use a sports bike ..... they know damned well that Chris on an adventure bike or MX bike would have just utterly destroyed all of Matt's efforts, no challenge what so ever 😉
You're a myth, Chris!!! It was crazy! I got scared, so risky, especially on the rocks! Absolutely great! Thanks for this funny video! BTW, up that hill the car took about 8.5 sec, so you won.
Good to see you doing so well Chris! I remember first meeting you circa 2008 when you were in stock 600, racing for the Haribo team with I think Johnny Blackshaw as a team mate. Every meeting we would go too we would always come find you guys just because of the way you treated 'some kid. who wouldn't stop trying to touch a motorbike. My Dad telling me off and you being like no it's ok, let me sit on it, turn it on so on and so forth. So thankyou for taking the time all those years ago! Love seeing the content do so well. Keep smashing it mate!
3.58 up that hill? The video shows around 10s and even the cuts are longer than 3.58 - each. If it did that time it would have gone bottom to top completely on each clip. I get it that its for suspense or whatever but thats just silly. A couple of the others were very suspect too but since I can't be bothered to watch them back I'll leave that to someone else to figure out. Honestly its getting so every video Mats in he's pulling tricks or blatantly cheating one way or another.
Years ago I had a crashed Fireblade knocking about. I decided to throw a pair of forks in it and take it to our local quarry. Even on road rubber it did quite well while it was dry. Only needing first or sometimes second made it easy to concentrate on what it was doing too. I alwasy wondered what it would have been like on knobblies.
That is by far the wildest thumbnail i´ve ever seen for bike content! 😆👌🔥🔥🔥 EDIT: I´ve had a K3 myself for years, even went offroading once with it because some idiot took my right of way and i had to get the bike out of the lean angle in the middle of a corner and escape down a grass slope. But i never got fully confident on that thing, even without leaving the road. The handle bars are really narrow and even more aggressively angled, you basically putting a lot of weight onto your forearms all the time. I felt way more confident on my 2003 R1 after just basically a week of riding it. So what Chris is doing with this thing is literally INSANE to me, absolute madman! 💀
I love the GSX-R. I love most sports bikes, they just make you smile every time you pull the throttle. But the GSX-R has a special place in my heart. It was my first sports bike. I still hope they will sell them again some time here in Europe.
I was thinking of spending £20k on the new GS1300, for my adventure riding which is 70% road 30% off road but now I might just do a bit of conversion work to my 2002 R1 and then try and up my skills somewhat. Matt and Chris you are both legends. Chris, maybe I should use my Yoshi high level can on the R1 just in case I hit some puddles. Thanks both for the outstanding entertainment 🎉
Ive owned the HDJ100 - couldn't afford to drive a petrol version. They GO ANYWHERE and the limitation is the tyres.... mine had cross lock for the diffs. Also put it in first downhill NO brakes. Much slower! Traction and abs off buttons :) Ive also had a K3 K4 gixxer 1000 and 750 and 600...no knobblies tho :) These men giggling like boys :D it's great! :)
Used to ride the sports bike down to the river on paths with road tyres had air time as well but that water at the end was deep I wouldn't have risked drowning the old beast 😂
No way the car beat the bike up that hill. 3.5 seconds and double the time of the bike? Yeah no chance. Guy with the stopwatch really wanted the car to win.
Yep. agreed 😂
My stopwatch says 4.6 seconds before they cut away, at which time the Toyota was still climbing
@@CrazyMotorcycleGuy funny the guy said "couldnt do that again if you tried" lol yeah cause it didnt happen the first time 🤣🤣 chris is too nice i'd would of 100% called bullshit on that lol
Second that no way the car did it in that time 😅
That old man with a Timer⏲️ definitely cheated.
Some people are taking this far too seriously 😂😂 was just 2 channels collabing and having a laugh. Chris, the way you can ride a bike makes the rest of us look like newbies 😂
Well said! Cheers!
No way the SUV did less than 4 sec, it looked more or less like 7-8 sec. The same as the bike.
correct they cocked up
Yeah, they cocked up. I timed the SUV at 9.17 secs and GSXR at 8.28 secs! I realise there may be editing issues on the video (for my timing) but no way was it under 4 secs!!!
Clip-ons and no front brake 😂
A blue gsxr on mud is giving me baron von grumble green lane flashbacks
Don't drop it in the mu ...... oh no, never mind 😂
Amen 😂
What dark magic does Chris use to park that bike on the sidestand? I've seen bikes topple on hot Tarmac, yet the Gixxer stays upright on this brown putty!
I was thinking just that!
A coaster size plate welded on the end
Chris, our official Motorcycle ambassador.
Gotta love the way CarWow stipulated that Chris must use a sports bike ..... they know damned well that Chris on an adventure bike or MX bike would have just utterly destroyed all of Matt's efforts, no challenge what so ever 😉
Yeah, and Chris should have insisted the use BMW Z2... it's about the car equivalent of a GIXXER Thou'.
chris is a hell of a rider to ride that bike like that offroad
Too much talking
Bike world never fails to surprise us.
Well, that's what the bike was built for. 💪
And Chris is a Legend!
Incredibly fun to watch video!
Most excellent. I can hear Matt Spears applauding and Suzuki engineers quietly weeping.
Those Suzuki boffins might just get an idea... A Gixer engine in a sport touring or ADV chassis.
You're a myth, Chris!!! It was crazy! I got scared, so risky, especially on the rocks! Absolutely great! Thanks for this funny video! BTW, up that hill the car took about 8.5 sec, so you won.
The jumps of the Suzuki, brilliant 😂😂
The biggest takeaway is that Chris is an incredible incredible rider. As a fellow motorcyclist, he has my hats off.
Anyone remember the legend that is Baronvongrumble try this years ago, this was just as entertaining😂
Yes! BVG more funny.
More Funny??? @@jamesperrin5691
Okay this bloke managed to jump the start AGAIN, OFF-ROAD, UPHILL.
He's doing a bit at this point, clearly
The double giggles between Matt and Chris make this even more fun to watch :)
Everybody here is watching it for Chris with his skills and giggles, not for the Carwow crew, which keep being a bit annoying.
Chris have seen American matt spears utuber off roading a goldwing and hyabusa fixed up like your gixxer👍👍amazing where he goes...cheers
Under 4 seconds my a**. Well done Chris, amazing bike skills👍
That GSXR's off road mods would come in quite handy on todays pot-holed roads.
Suzukis are reliable af.
Suzuki has such designs that just works, no thrills.
All bike mechanics in 💩hole poland I talked with say that - suzuki most reliable, ducati complete waste of money
no frills? a gsxr is all thrills
Those rocks would be a task on an enduro bike... what a phenominal rider Chris is!
Good stuff.
It's a way to keep it balanced but I do think the penalty for getting off the bike on that rocky part was a bit harsh :)
10 seconds for the SUV i say the timekeeper is a plant
After drowning my DR350 falling full on into 4x4 tracks that last challenge gave me heart palpitations. The best vs so far bud.
One of the maddest and funniest things I’ve seen, bloody awesome
New adventure bike from Suzuki: GSX-1000DE!
Brilliant!
Great video, best thing I've seen on YT for ages 👍👍
3.5 seconds up the hill??? My arse! 😂
Off road sport bike....is now a new category
Good to see you doing so well Chris!

This shows the crazy capabilities of sports bike. Faster than any sports car, more capable than any offroad...
Only a Friday night beer session could possibly ask these key questions ;-)
Oh any group of high schoolers. It's funny how we adults need beer to get creative anymore.
I think this isn't as much about creativity and more about whether or not it's a good idea. Especially in this economy! Lol
Love the Car Wow/Bike World hook up.
Chris you are a Legend 💪🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😅😅

Great collaboration as per usual
One of The most fun video on your channel 😂
You both went all in, but, sorry Matt, Chris did something absolutely memorable 😂🎉❤
That was fun. Much better than the usual dross drag race. Well done Chris. The rocks looked pretty frightening.
sat watching this because it was overcast outside and didnt want to take my blade out in that lol
This was excellent content! Keep it up! Brilliant
Oh the chemistry between these 2
I just love these collabs.
When will they realise that we need "bikewow" with Chris on the channel?
HUGE RESPECT for both of you
😂😂😂😂😂 brilliant video laughed all the way through
I’ve seen motocross front wheels buckle on modern bikes while on modern tracks when the crash is bad enough…who laced up that front wheel!!?!? Haha
My respect to you Chris, great normal humble man, great rider.
This is one of the best collaborations 🔥🔥🔥

That was awesome Chris 😂
Absolutely fantastic 😂😂😂
Absolutely howling with laughter 😂🤣👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Love to see more of this : )
Man it was so fun😂😂😂 But the skills and balls to ride that bike🔥🔥🔥🔥
having an awd car with road tires is like having soup with a fork
Outstanding job. :)
Man, this gex find better traction than my xr650r! Chris killed it again. Bravo!
Interesting to hear how even a riding god like Chris thinks the gixer k1/2 throttle response is super aggressive, mine scares me to death 😂
Instead of a quick throttle he'd have been well advised to get a slower throttle and up the idle speed. Superb riding skills tho!
That is by far the wildest thumbnail i´ve ever seen for bike content! 😆👌🔥🔥🔥

Chris, what a legend💪🏍️... you need to ride that at the ABR festival 😂
The absolute proof that modern adventurers motorcycle are overrated 😂😂
See you off-road in my mirrors, then picking up that GXR if you can😂😂😂
I love the GSX-R. I love most sports bikes, they just make you smile every time you pull the throttle. But the GSX-R has a special place in my heart. It was my first sports bike. I still hope they will sell them again some time here in Europe.
What an crazy video, next one you should do proper off-road car like Mercedes G Class vs BMW R1300 GS❤❤❤
Chris you are a legend!
Commenting before watching: I'm gonna be really disappointed if BaronVonGrumble doesn't appear, or at least get a mention.
How Incredible!
Whatever the result.. this video really brings so much enjoyment to watch 😂😂😂
take them to the roman road uphill at brecon beacons
What a fun video. 😂
Nice lying by the guy on the stopwatch.
Chris is another level on bikes - he's like a two wheeled Jesus 😎
Doing something similar to my K1 Thou. .....slowly.😂
Great entertainment, well done
No surprise you lost the downhill slowly gig with only a rear brake...
I presume you've been inspired by the k5 motocross build by Stunt Freaks team. Would be fun to see the full build.
Epic!
Well, ya know. To be perfectly honest. The steering wheel is on the wrong side of the Land Cruiser. It throws off that whole center of gravity thing.
About the silliest "race" & best show, ever....
why does chris dont get an offroad bike where matt got an offroad legend not fair
I was thinking of spending £20k on the new GS1300, for my adventure riding which is 70% road 30% off road but now I might just do a bit of conversion work to my 2002 R1 and then try and up my skills somewhat. Once again Chris proving he can ride anything anywhere. Unbelievable
It's one thing the sports bike managing this it's another thing that the riding skills
Anyone interested in a Gixer, well looked after, careful owners, always garaged, no expenses spared? Chris is looking to sell his soon. 😃
Don't forget the wings!
That bike needs full knoblies not them adventure tyres
I would love that VX ✌️
Ive owned the HDJ100 - couldn't afford to drive a petrol version. They GO ANYWHERE and the limitation is the tyres.... mine had cross lock for the diffs. Also put it in first downhill NO brakes. Much slower! Traction and abs off buttons :)

:)
Glad the GSXR didn't die
This is why youtube was invented
That is the most ridiculous thing to do to a gsxr1000. I'm not sure if I am offended by it, or turned on by it
I would love to ride these challenges with my adventure bike.
Used to ride the sports bike down to the river on paths with road tyres had air time as well but that water at the end was deep I wouldn't have risked drowning the old beast 😂
to be fair this was very entertaining . But as for the motorcycle have a watch of Matt Spears and his offroad Goldwing and offroad Hayabusa.
I timed it and Matt did it in 11.38 seconds. The timer got it wrong.
Its a gixx-strom!
