@10:30...I am 83 years young, have had an RDX for a year (was only 82 when I got it) and have had absolutely NO problem adapting, orienting to and using the touchpad system; I think it is great when compared to some of the nightmares offered by other brands...and I am certainly NO techno nerd! @12:40, why don't you mention the outrageously higher prices of the Euro brands? As an ongoing curiosity I have done cost comparos thru a couple decades; same equipped Euros (IF they even offer the same options) with Acura prices. I guess it just means something status-wise to let folks see you with the spinning propeller, the sexy Italian name or the three-pronged boxes of .... Love the folk commenting on the pronunciation of the English guy. Honderr Hondarr Honder.....it’s just that the guy seems to hail from the South East of England and he’s, well, a touch posh, I guess. I love the Canadian’s pronunciation of House.......’I love to walk abooot in my Hoooose’. Not to mention they both pronounce the C heavily in Chassis, as Americans do. UK journos would say it more like shasee. These cars will never sell in the UK, which is such a shame. We’re obsessed with German saloons only, it seems (Mazdas saloons still sell well, though) and we need these Honda vehicles to show folk what good reliability means. I have just traded in a 14 year old Honda Accord euro (equivalent to the Acura TLS) and what a great car that was, for a 9th gen. Honda Civic(hatch, not sold in the states or Canada), another great car. Again, the Golf sells in huge numbers over here and the Civic sells poorly, even though they are made here.....I just don’t get it!
    Great content.

Yes! All waiting for both the type s cars coming tlx&mdx. As for Honda gear selectionr it takes a min but you do get used to the transmission. Prefer those buttons vs bmw shifter. The buttons on Honda are faster to use and not, easier to use no extra buttons to hit to put the car in drive or reverse, each button is its own. You can't put the car in reverse by accident drive down reverse back. BMW i had to look to make sure what gear I is in, one time if it wasn't for the camera popping up i might have taken of in reverse if I was rushing 😅. LoL wait didn't both you guys do that lol. Just had to say my 2 cents. Give the button transmissionon the Honda a trial week or 2 you won't be looking down.. Much love keep up the good work.

Maintenence cost alone scared me away from all German cars, then when my Hyundai's engine needed a complete replacement after just 93k miles, the Genesis G70 suddenly didn't look so appealing anymore. Alfa Romeo... Gosh, other than looks, why would you ever invest in that? Completely unreliable vehicles. So yeah... Acura and Lexus are the safe choices for people valuing good bang for buck and reliability for long-term ownership.

Honestly, I thought it looked okay until I saw the concept. WTF happened, my God!🤦🏻‍♂️
There's one important thing you're forgetting though when comparing to the German standard...when driving a German car, people will generally say "that's my Mercedes" or "that's my BMW."
Nobody ever says "that's my Honda/Acura"; it then becomes "that's my car." it's an important distinction when comparing market owners...almost like you're trying to find a way to justify that this deserves to play with the big boys. If given the option for identical pricing/options, most would choose German simply because of the associated brand.

I saw a silver A-spec and it looks way better in person than it does in videos. It really stands out and looks super sporty.

As an owner of a silver A-Spec I'm proud haha. In all seriousness, the car has a presence that videos and photos can't show. It looks so wide and low that gives it a charisma that you won't get with other Asian brands or even some Germans in its price range. Love it.

You forgot to mention the best thing about the Acura---at 200k miles it will still be there. The Alfa? Ha! It won't make 50k! The Germans will run only if you spend a fortune.
