Runrig lives! Great cover songs by Runrig. The band is really great and nobody can expect that the singer can replace a Donny Monroe or Bruce Guthro. That's what all Runrig fans thought when Donnie left! and Bruce replaced him excellently! I think this cover band just wants to keep Runrig's music, feeling and connection to Scotland alive! There were a lot of Runrig fans there to experience the spirit again. Always happy to see this band! Runrig lives on in us!

Runrig as a band may have retired. But it's people like you that keep their songs...our songs alive. Every river is perfect. I can almost see the view from the tower. It takes a lot to do that. I know Donnie would agree, you guys will keep the legacy alive.
What a great sound. As a dyed in the wool Runrig fan and yes, I was there for The Last Dance, I've often heard Runrig covers and been wholly disappointed by the pastiche presented. This band is different though and, even if I'd never heard of Runrig, I'd be happy to buy their music and go to gigs. Right, I'm off to the web for more information!
These guys are absolutely amazing went to see them in Dundee a couple of weeks ago,I am a Runrig fan my late husband was also a fan he would have loved the gig.

I saw them in Bremen, it was absolutely great! Charismatic, madly talented and skilled they celebrated Runrig with us and it was the best evening! Thank you, Beat The Drum, for keeping the spirit alive, already looking forward to your next tour in Germany ☺️
Just remember this is not RunRig. No point saying prrfer or bruce. This is a fantastic tribute band. Andd I'm a RunRig fan and former fan club member. And they are Fantastic
I love runrig but unfortunately never got to experience them live, the closest I’ve come is watching the Last Dance Film and other taped concerts. I never went to the Last dance as I was only 13 at the time im now 17 and I hope one day to get out to see you live next time you are in Glasgow, although it is not the original it’s as close as im going to get. Thank you for giving my generation and future generations a chance to experience something similar to Runrig
Aww man!!!! I had a half hearted attempt to try arranage a tribute band to Runrig while they were still on the go. Glad it didn't take off as you guys have emulated the sound to a tee..
