That Iron Fist figure looks like he should be singing "It's Gonna be Me" or "Bye Bye Bye" not fighting the Hand lol. Also I'm pretty sure that the Iron Fist reuses some pieces from the Unreleased Stan Lee BAF. Edit: I feel like Marvel Legends hasn't mastered Asian face sculpts. The only Asian face sculpt that looks Asian is that new Psylocke. Edit 2: the sheath for Colleen looks like it's been scaled up from one of the Storm Shadow figures from the G.I. Joe movies
The Guardian since hasbro put out way too many waves back to back obviously something was going to come out poor. And here it is! 20$ clearance sale! Look at those legs on jessica! Luke cage looks worst than his 2 pack, coleen is terrible all around, danny wand is awful id only get him to give another character street clothes! The charlie cox head to me looks too small for the body!!!

I said the same thing about the haters, if it was a set everybody and their momma wanted then you would have complaints about not being able to get it. This is great set for a SDCC exclusive, 1 figure thats rare and the rest that you either already have, slight variant or will be released eventually.
The Daredevil helmeted head and body are the Season 1/early season 2 costume. After Punisher shoots him in the head he gets a new helmet and I believe new gloves and boots? And I believe that updated season 2 costume was carried over into Defenders with minimal to no change. Little bummed they didn’t give him a different helmeted head to reflect that later look but whatever
I think the should or bicep changes a little too, you can see a little armor piece there. But yeah, it's not a huge deal, would have just been nice to get the updated helmet at least.
Easily fixable: the head of Marvel Select Netflix DD is compatible with Marvel Legends body. So are its hands. So with a reasonabe expense you can get a DDse02 costume with a good healdsculpt. Hope it helps! :)
Cool review. Yeah I’m excited for this set. The packaging is pretty great in this case. If I can, I want to save it. And yeah, I’m one of those guys who complains about HTS. At least they announced the day it’ll be posted. So I’m happy.
You know what they did for both daredevils? They headsculpted it based on the helmet from the end of season 1/ beginning of season 2, and then painted it red instead (originally black)
The hair is off on the figures. The same way it was off on the Cap and Cross bones from your other review. I would get some figures for kit bashing and Luke Cage for my set. Great review Robo
The Daredevil is based on what we saw at the end of season 1. The season 2 suit he gets in episode 4 is what we see in Defenders. The only figure is the Marvel Select one. Or Hot Toys.
I really like how this set looks, I’d love to get my hands on it! The character updates are nice, especially if you want to do a little acba action, have Jessica ditch her jacket mid fight. Btw awesome use of the Jyn hood! Definitely copying that lol
I think I like the box as a backdrop more than the actual set of figures lol - I'd get a 1/12 hoodie for Cage if I run across the Netflix Cage and TBH I sorta like him as a comic Luke more than the Amazon box set version.
Man, that's a lot of re-used stuff... A first costume Daredevil would have been better, imo(you know, the black one) or a hooded Luke. I really wanted to get that Danny and Colleen, but those head sculpts killed my hype, lol. Gonna wait for the yellow Luke instead.

This is still my favorite spidey story. Cloak and Dagger are awesome, and so is Deathlok. Robo the box set u never got was age of ultron Thor, black widow, hawkeye, and bruce banner and also can the Danny figure swap hands with the king Thor/Odin. Iron fist

Nice set! My Daredevil figure broke sadly, so I might pick this up at some point for the extra head - but I'd probably have to watch more of the Netflix shows to really convince myself. Hell ye, I hear GREAT things about the Dark Knight 3.0 figure too. After the Jay C review of the DC Essentials figures I've decided to commit to the line, and I've started to finally collect some Marvel Legends figs with the comic Thanos and Silver Surfer... my wallet's not happy, but my shelf is. Those figures are WONDERFUL.

I kinda really want the Colleen Wing, but not so much for the rest. I know I'll get essentially the same Luke in the 2 pack with Claire, and I really don't like the Danny (and I'm a huge Iron Fist mark)...ugh. But let's face it, I'll probably get the set anyways because I'm a sucker for figures.
I’m honestly not a fan of how they do face printing now, I can see pixelish spots in place of beards and surrounding distinguishable facial features, kinda why I steer away from live incarnations in favour of comic characters, still a great review and I love your work :)
Your eyesight may be way better than mine but I don't really see the pixels in person. There's been a few reviews where I said I thought it was painted and then get in to edit pics and I see them in the super zoomed in shots.

I still subscribe to the theory that a 2nd marvel legends netflix wave was planned but cancelled, and this set is how they chose to get the rest of the netflix characters to fans somehow. I'm not sure how to reconcile the Luke Cage-Claire Temple 2-pack with this theory though... maybe that 2-pack will be an amazon exclusive

ucity metalhead I’m more of a comic fig kinda guy so I’m biased. But I’ll collect MCU/Netflix figures. The dot matrix paint on Matt’s face big turn off along with the hair. Luke’s eyes are too dark for me and the ab joint looks like Multiverse. Danny’s left hand looks too large and not digging the head at all (plus I hated iron fist show) Jessica isn’t bad but I already have a better version...honestly I’m pretty grateful this came out. I’m in all sorts of shit buying this amount of figures every week. Finally a pass.
Lafin Dumonde I just have a use for figures in street clothes since I want to make some metal fan type figures and jj and lc both work well for that purpose.
These SDCC marvel legends exclusives are basically selling box art and 1 newly sculpted figure that people want. Eventually we can all assume either Colleen will be rereleased with new hands and better paint apps like Enchantress and many others. Danny will probably have single release with a more "hero" costume after season 2 premieres. You should do a review on the box because that's their major selling point. Overall this looks like a skip.
I did take an extended look at the box, and said most of what you said, haha, except I don't think Colleen will pop up later. They always seem to leave one figure exclusive in a set.

They didn't even bother to change Daredevil's weird-ass torso. The proportion looks really weird.

Haha, yeah, that's the worst, muling exclusives home. Especially still in box. I never risk checking bags so that makes it even tougher.

Use finger nail acrylic. On cardboard paper makes it hard as plastic acrylic hardener. Poupart 2 part mix
