From all your fans on TH-cam welcome back. I tried to follow you over to the other platform and started off well but unfortunately fell off quickly. Your reviews here are just easier to keep up with, and are appreciated.
Last year I sold my 350 piece Marvel Legends collection and though I don't miss shelling out 20 dollars a pop and keeping up with everything they put out. Collecting is both expensive and frustrating (especially being the complete ist that I'am).. I need to thank you Robo, your reviews scratch the itch that losing my collection has left. Seeing what's coming and the specs on what is latest and greatest is almost all I need.

So glad you are back on TH-cam. TH-cam is my platform of choice because I also use it for sports, music, movie, entertainment, cars and toy videos.

Hasbro legends figures with matte finish on the head sculpts? What a time to be alive! Wow that shiny skin on Walgreens Richards looks so bad in comparison. I am not a F4 fan but this is an excellent wave and if I see that doom figure I will have to buy it.. it's just really well done. Excited to see what Hasbro gives us in 2020.

Also a huge fan of the new elbow articulation they gave She-Hulk I might even like that better than the standard double elbow. Hmm.

Absolutely fantastic review. Covers every base respectfully and enthusiastically and with imagination and reference for prior iterations. I especially appreciate the heads swaps - nothing sucks worse than buying an extra figure for the head to find it doesn't fit another body!
Nice production value and lighting, too. Even the mishaps are appreciated. I have orders for Doom and the Thing and now I'm a little more excited about the other four even though the classic Walgreens versions are what I intend to display.

I only had the Walgreens Thing and Human torch so I'm happy with this wave. Got a flame on and flame off torch and extra Thing so not bad.

F4 was the first comic I remember collecting. (wasn't my first comic as I have some older disney stuff) but I remember F4. I wish I had gotten 2 of the Walgreens figures to keep on card and display. Especially the Thing. Not making that mistake again. Getting 2 of each of the 4 this go round.
Maybe three of Johnny. Can see a Nightwing custom out of that Johnny with that body. Been wanting to do it, just didn't want to deal with cracking a butterfly joint torso to paint. Oh maybe a Wildcat too....
I've been thinking about FF waves and it's really hard to get those characters right. Three of the four have consistent double looks. Johnny and Human Torch. Reed and Mr Fantastic. Sue and Invisible Woman. Every series would need a normal and "powered" version. And something like the Mr Fantastic stretch parts would only work if he was always the BAF. Every FF release would have to have two waves so you could have each person powered down in the correct costume and another powered.
Doom's ankles were absolutely atrocious on mine. I hate that design too, it's really hard to pose him when the ankles want to rotate on their own. And they've loosened up a lot since attempting to free up the forward/back on his massively stuck ankles. I prefer Doom's other head sculpt with the smaller hood. It's more classic looking. People are going to be gobbling up Doom. That secondary head works well for an army of Doombots.
Also the effect part for Invisible Woman works on the old Walgreens version as well.
The pic of all 3 She Hulk's together. They have progressed so much on the female sculpt! Now I really want a new blank body like that for Thundra/Titania/new Red She Hulk etc.

That Dr. Doom was my first figure as an adult, and it's fantastic. I watched this video a year ago and got the figure. Thank you, Robo, for getting me into something I'm really enjoying.
And even though I've picked up some more figures, that Doom is still one of my favorites!
Would've loved a bit more fire something for torch, and a long neck for reed would've been a killer addition! He's doing that shit in the comics all the time!

Great set, especially love Johnny Storm's head sculpt. You can buy an extra one and make a Doug Ramsey/Cypher (using the Deadpool Sauron wave body). You could also paint the hair chestnut and make a Bobby Drake head for a human Ice Man. That is a fantastic YOUNG head sculpt! Thanks for the reviews!
first off, Great to still see you Robo. now on to this unboxing review, The Fantastic Four are hands down MY, favorite team. have been since 1973, will be till I can not remember they are. ( hopefully that will be a long time from now). I have a couple of sets of the WalGreens Exclusive, and hope to do the same with this set. Hasbro is knocking it cold with the legends. every line/wave just keeps getting better and better. thank you for another awesome video.
She Hulk Spider-Man and Doctor Doom are honorary members of the Fantastic Four forgot who was absent at the time but whoever was absent they took their place for. And I believe that version of She-Hulk is Savage She-Hulk where she briefly loses control

I’m glad you’re back! I felt so in the dark about figs!!!
I think Hasbro missed out on the parts.. the case is all six figures, plus an extra Doom and Thing... To get 2 skrulls you'll need to buy all the figures, plus Doom, Reed and Sue.... they really should have put the other leg with Thing (give Reed the two heads) so that a person who buys the full case would only need to find a second Invisible woman to build two complete skrulls.
Sadly a perfect series(for me) would have been for the torso to come with She-Hulk, the legs to come with Doom and Thing, this would make She-Hulk worth buying a second time, and give collectors more of a chance to modify her.
I love how this wave looks. I love those modern F4 costumes, I like the new body for She Hulk, and Doom looks great! I really am going to need this whole wave.
That's actually a pretty good FF wave. I hope they use this FF character line-up in the upcoming MCU movies. I could see them possibly placing Thing & She-Hulk in a relationship, for "dramatic tension". I just hope they do a better job than what they did w/ Black Widow & Hulk's (shoehorned in, out of nowhere) relationship in the MCU Avengers movies.

I'm so glad to hear all the positivity about Doctor Doom, because I was a little worried that his long skirt was going to severely limit movement.
This whole wave seems like it would be a perfect Christmas present for any collector. It’s a very great wave overall.

Although I do plan to pick up a DD (maybe even 2) I'd still like to see a Doom with actual cloth already.
Maybe like an Ironman-esque (Doom) armored body, with fabric tunic+cape and a regular sculpted plastic hooded head.
Overall, it'd be kinda similar looking to the old Secret Wars Doom figure from the 80's underneath.
But yeah, I may try to just customize it myself too.
(I'm sure someone's already said this but......
although they do have the same body, I believe that was a Gladiator, not Hyperion)

Doom was the only one I got, I already have the Walgreens versions of the Fantastic Four, She-Hulk is ok but I want a classic version, I also prefer the head sculpt on the new Thing and the paint job on the Walgreens one. I'll have to try and grab the rest of the Super Skrull pieces on the after market. Thank you for the review and I'm glad to have you back.

And we share alot of opinions here. I'm not the biggest fan of the Fantastic 4 or Dr Doom but I always planned just to get his figure because wow, id say it's the best villain figure of the year.
this is one of the rarest waves that have no irrelevant or B-tier character. That's why I set myself to collect them all

Thats a sweet Super Skrull. I like it! And that is my favorite Dr. Doom figure. I just wish it came with a removable mask. Toy Biz was good at giving us removable masks. Hasbro should do more of that.

The Mr. Fantastic stretchy fingers work a lot better when you imagine them as him starting to stretch, like something is falling off the counter across the lab and he's just about to go for it if that makes sense.
