Yeah.... that's not a centaur. Those were human legs on the front and another pair int he back.
Where the horse-body should be, there was just another human waist there....
It's like a crazy AI generation of just sticking two people together....
Actually, essentially it's just a normal girl in the front, then take another girl and from the torso up, shove that second girl up the other's a$$... so only their waist and legs stick out. That's what that picture is.... And I guess some people like that.......

i don't see proof of 2 of... what you're talking about. i think this is a case of having expectations based on human physiology when seeing her hairless forelegs.
