I have used these mats since I started doing Bible Journaling-2 years ago (from Dollar Tree). They give a good surface behind your page for colored pencils and other supplies.
Love those cutting boards. I use them in my classroom as playdough mats and when we do craft projects. Love the idea of using them as a Bible mat, too. :o)
