I have been wanting to try this sweet patina sauce for a while on the 1954 Chevy 210. I finally got it in and it was time to give it a try. I have been looking for something to protect the patina paint and help darken up the colors. When a patina car sets it starts to chalk up and look light in color. I don't mind that but like this look way better. I also wanted a way to help protect it from water which the sweet patina sauce does as well. Apply this Sweet Patina Sauce to your car is super simple. Just wipe it on wait 20 minutes and wipe it off. It does have a good smell to it and will make your entire garage smell like it. I applied 2 coats to the entire car and absolutely love the new look. I think if you have a patina paint job this is by far the best way to protect it.

I can tell a difference in the way that it looks. I wonder how it would look if it was lightly sanded first? That way it would be a little easier to clean.
