Hey thanks for reaching out! I would have to see the problems you’re having and the settings you used
You said to turn off ambient light but you didn’t turn off the lights in the studio which you did in a previous video. So do you turn off the ambient lights in the actual studio or do you do it in the settings or camera?
Hey and you do not have to turn off the lights to cut out ambient lights. You just want to make sure when you take an image without flash, the screen should look completely black/dark. I normally shoot with the lights on unless I’m using constant lights. So settings in the camera is the way to go
